It's a Japanese traditional dance. In summer we have a summer festival and dance like that. Usually putting on casual kimono called Yukata.Of course Kaze arranged it to his style though:-)

Enjoyed your reaction a lot. Please check Kaze's other songs and MVs. He composes all his songs and like u said, his music doesn't fit into one genre. He is also great pianist. You can find videos of him playing piano too. Kaze is the best!

For you guys that liked LiSA, I would suggest you to react to Minami "waiting for rain" (Ame wo Matsu). You'll be shocked and I'm sure you'll like it (it's not a first take though, it's the MV). All of Minami songs are worth reacting, she and LiSA are something else, but this is a good start!
