【Remy Grenard】
Owner of the popular French Yatai stall "Chez Rémy" located in front of Tenjin Loft. Remy moved to Japan in 2001 upon completion of his studies in a culinary school in France, and thereafter opened French Izakaya Mercy Hakata near Ijiri Station on the Nishitetsu Omuta Line. In 2016, when Fukuoka City recruited people to open new food stalls, Remy applied and passed all the requirements, emerging as the first foreign owner to ever obtain this permit. This is how the one-of-a-kind "Chez Rémy" came into the world!
