Crazy world. Love the part about brother praying at work. I'm Asian my self Pakistani work for a Pakistani business. Yet when it's time fr prayer they make u feel like u can't pray or be quick with it. Not just that brother is a muslim owner reading with me and later on they said yh u might have to clock out n pray. Yet they allow the other workers non Muslims cigarette breaks bro this world is mad man. Anyway it is what it is. But you have to let the youth know that it’s tough love not verbal assault. Young people don’t understand nuance, they hear and disobey… if they don’t understand and can’t relate. Be a little more uplifting akhi ayman. Encourage them a little more than beating them with words. This is balance. And if you are on a scale , and 5 sentences of reprimanding will weigh 3000 lbs, and 10 sentences of encouragement will weigh 3000 lbs, both will equal out regardless of the effort in speaking.
