I edited using Ibis paint! Go to the tool box and you'll see an icon labelled as "fx (or filter)" click on that. On the bottom, there's panel for different sections, select "Draw" then you click on Parallel Gradation. Here are my settings: WAVE LENGTH: 4092px ANGLE: 90° PHASE: 0 MIDDLE: 50% CONTRAST: 50% BLENDING MODE: NORMAL Make sure you have a text layer at the ready! Simply go to the tool box and click the "T" icon which is for text and insert one. After that, you create a new layer and turn on "Clipping" then you follow my steps from above! I use Ibis paint x for the color coding and Capcut for the transitions and other effects, basically the video editing
