Hi! Yes so this is because we using a temporary access token. You must get a permanent token and you can only do this if you have registered yourself as a business on the Meta platform. Hope that helps. Do you want me to make a video on how to get a permanent token?
This is nice but I wonder how can do you link the book info with the guest so that hosts know who they are talking with and to only allow guests to chat with the bot
Hi! Thanks for the comment. So, you can do this by building some more complex logic on make and setting the tracker to accommodate for this as well. For example, for every guest you can set unique IDs, dates they’re staying for and so on, and setting a connection between these. You can also integrate ManyChat to allow the host/employee to come in and chat with the guest whenever the guest doesn’t want to talk with the chatbot.
Is there a way to hand the conversation from the bot to a human/agent so that we can chat manually with the customer using the same whatsapp business number?

Can you make a video on how to automate invoices using this framework ? For more context: For example a person enter WhatsApp and let’s say they want a X product and then you want to make an invoice/ proforma directly based on that info to a Google sheet or excel can you automate that ?

Yeah definitely, actually it should connect to a registered account. You basically create a new app on Meta for Developers and then connect the app to a business suite account that has the phone number associated to a WhatsApp business account.
wouldn't we would require a number for that chatbot to get registered? also why cant we use fb directly to make the chatbot instead of going to third party to do same just cause they have ui different?
What’s up boss, thanks for the comment. For testing, you get assigned a free number. Nevertheless, you are able to register your phone number as well. Regarding using fb, you are actually using facebook’s services, it’s just that now it’s called Meta :) Why would you use a third party instead of using the Meta’s service?
@@franknillard yeah I know it's Meta but I wrote fb cause everyone just say fb only and in bot creation section if we see the logo it's of fb only. I have created a simple bot in FB and it's true we get free number but with that number we can send messages to only out registered number and no one else (if we can send to other then I don't know that's why I am here and why yt algo suggested your video) but in that bot I was only able to send messages but was not able to create a loop. And yeah I still didn't get the answer what I was asking for and you just try to dodge it.

Hi! Not sure exactly what you mean, try checking if the phone number is registered as part of the test number on the Meta app you had to make in order to connect your number to BotPress.
