The 4-bit A3A2A1A0 number will be increased by 4 (four) and subtracted by 4 (four) depending on the S selector. When S=0, the value of the number will increase by 4, and when S=1, the value of the number will decrease by 4. Required circuit Design as blocks using bit full adders ? Note: The use of EXOR gates is mandatory in the circuit to be designed. Can you help me how can I solve this problem ?
