I think that's more to do with the stories in the press about him. I wouldn't believe anybody in the UK begrudge his boxing achievements.

Sky sports didn't want to put on Khan-Crawford as a PPV at 4:00am, BT sports did so of course will do documentary & other coverage to try to sell the PPV. BT sports bought the fight as stand alone, nothing to do with promoters like Frank Warren & his TV deal with BT Sport. Only way Khan can join BT Sports is if he signs with Frank Warren, Warren is the same guy who Khan left. Warren was the one after Khan got knocked out cold by Prescott was in a rush trying to sign Prescott while Khan was semiconscious. Khan later left Warren to join Oscar. Also Khan's fights were always shown on Sky Sports in the UK even after he left warren. Skysports have covered Khan for years & even put a Sky PPV fight for Khan vs washed Barrera for a ranking belt.

After Khan gets flattened he will probz retire so its not needed

B PM, Khan is signed to Haymon. Matchroom deal isn't like most other fighters. Besides, streaming services such as Dazn about to crush Sky in a matter of years. Sky will have to remove itself from boxing just like HBO.
