I wet to a show when they Were promoting this album. With caliban, god forbid and locals. What a mighty fuckin show. The venue didn't know what hit em, they had chairs set up, yeah...they were gone in 30 sec. Anyone remember that one on east coast, Salisbury civic center?

lol, you can either say all music genres are music genres, or they're all cultures. Metal has a culture as big as hardcore, if it's not even bigger. The genre's older, and it has way more subgenres (which all got their own subcultures). I'm pretty sure rap got its own culture aswell.

Top rated comments epitomize what killed this band... i.e. arguing over metal vs hc. It is so stupid, they are such an awesome and underrated band and it's such a pity to watch them struggle nowadays. They should be right up there with Hatebreeds and Terrors, but for some reason they are down to play bars again.... Hang on guys, look forward to your new record which I hope will drop one day. I agree, hardcore is for people who just want the image. Metal is a brotherhood, embracing just about every other type of music into subgenres - it varies quite a bit, that's what I love about it. The only reason that I'm not totally trolling is because my band opened for FBC recently, and they're cool guys.

I mean you’re not wrong 14 years later. I think metallic hardcore is the only way. Hardcore is my favorite but the gatekeeping fuck boys annoy me. I like moshing/crowdkilling and the scene but I hate the “know everything” assholes who bully others for their outfit. Like fucking grow up dickhole. gosh do any of you guys listen to music?? i've listened to metal for yars and i cant take so much ignorance. listen to slipknot or job for a cowboy for quality metal. stop listening to wimpy hawthorne hightes and really headbang! I can;t wait for my next concert i used to not mosh but now i do. lamb of god is best for moshing if you want to do it. heavy metal for lieefffffeee!

@crazygary743 Slipknot and JFAC? How about Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, Morbid Angel, Carcass, Dying Fetus, and other such real metal acts? JFAC is, for the most part, annoying deathcore (except for a handful of songs), and Roadrunner killed Slipknot dude....
