I'm almost at the end of my second week of the Lean App, and today it was supposed to be my rest day. This workout helpedme SO MUCH. May I suggest you to include this kind of workout in the planning? It helps more than resting

I was so excited when I just saw this a minute ago. I was hoping you would add more stretches and maybe even some longer ones for a rest days?? Maybe a few 30 minute one’s full body? Thank you!!!

Loved the stretching it really helped loosen me up. Please do more of these Lily and also Amy 15 minutes or longer.
