Jessica, your videos have been the invaluable partner in my whole pregnancy journey, and now 6 weeks postpartum I'm so excited to continue doing them. I did your videos almost every single day of my pregnancy and I give them a lot of credit towards how wonderful my birth was. Between the hypnobirthing, your vidoes, and "childbirth without fear" becoming my bible, it really was beautiful. Because my body, mind, and soul felt strong and empowered by the time baby was ready to come. I love every single thing about your videos. The quotes, your gentleness and validation, the pace (not to strenuous, but I always felt like I got a workout in), your easygoing and calm personality. Your videos really contributed so much into my life in such a positive and powerful way. Thank you for being such a wonderfully positive force in my life!

So ready to try this! I'm still struggling to find time to work out with a fourth baby, but your videos are always so lovely and peaceful it makes them easy to turn on, even if I don't get through the whole thing. ❤

Thank you for this amazing exercise. I did it daily for a week and just caught myself effortlessly maintaining the bridge pose for a minute.

Go to her channel page, scroll over to Posts, click on Posts. (It used to be the Community Tab, YT changed it to Posts). On there scroll down to the 4th post and you'll see the July calendar links. She'll post next months calendar on the Posts tab too. Hope this helps!

I love a daily routine for the pelvic floor! Recovery is really difficult for me after my third baby and i will try my best to come back regular to this practice. I love doing yoga, but hate pelvic floor exercices. Thank you for finding a way to motivate me doing them. ❤

This is my first time doing pelvic floor exercises and I hope I am doing them right! Are the moments when we bring our pelvic floor “up” like doing a kegel? Thanks for the practice, this is my first time on the mat PP!

Do you have any videos that focus on balance? My balance got really bad during pregnancy and now 3 months postpartum I still have trouble balancing. I've done tons of your videos and love all the focus on core restoration. Maybe a mix of core and balance would help people like me?
