I’m in. I’m 3 month postpartum, I don’t think I did them all fully form wise (lunges/squats) but I tried my hardest and I’m dripping in sweat and I finished without a break so I’m proud of myself for today. I’ll continue to try until I get it fully one day. Now I can shower before I get kids up and ready for school today and I will feel as though I’ve accomplished something. Thank you!

I found this really challenging for day 1 of a post partum workout. Made me feel really crappy that I couldn't even finish it. Is this a workout for people who were already really fit before giving birth?

I am 10 days PP and cause of your workouts I did the entire 9 months I only had a 7.5hr LABOR with my first and only a few stitches my body has near recovered within days and I’m now back to my pre pregnancy weight! 🧡

I must say I appreciate these shorter work out videos! I have always wished you had shorter videos and am glad others mentioned the same and that you're offering this now. I am 2 months pp with my 2nd baby, so time is twice as scarce! I've just started this workout series and fitted this in between a nap (although baby woke halfway so had to continue with him in my arms!). Thank you!

Does anybody know what is meant by "advanced". Does it mean dr healed 80%? Or is it based on muscle control? I am 3 weeks pp and had a hand wide dr. But I do have a very good mind to muscle connection. I do not dome even with the advanced version. So is it safe for me to do the advanced version although the dr is still pretty wide? Or is it going to worsen things? 🙏

I have been following your calendars for a couple of months, and I can actually really engage my core muscles for the first time in a couple of years!!!
