Thank you! I have so many issues from muscle imbalance causing shoulder problems, performis muscle strain, and osteoarthritis in my knees but I was able to do all these stretches. I hope lily you see this I have a doubt, i am thin and I don't want to lose weight anymore instead I am trying to gain weight and have a toned body will pilates help with that ?? Or doing pilates will make me lose more weight??
i may need some help, every time i workout, and there are crunches or something similar, my right upper thigh bone always makes a cracking sound like as if its hitting my hip bone. it makes me super uncomfortable every time i do workouts and its also super gross. a doctor told me i should just stretch but it didnt help at all. dos anybody have some advice that has been struggling with the same/a similar thing?
