Is doing this enough or do you also do foam rolling after this for recovery/cooldown?

Hello Rajnikant, thank you so much for watching! It depends on what your training is, for powerlifters or competitors for instance they will always foam roll as well as stretch and spend quite a bit of time on this, but if you train to keep fit and it’s not as much of a serious thing then stretching is fine, although it’s always good to foam roll especially if you feel particularly tight! 😊

Haha no I don’t really stretch before I train at the gym, I would sometimes use a foam roller to loosen my joints and do a little bit of stretching if I felt tight but nothing as long as this x
