It depends on what your training is, for powerlifters or competitors for instance they will always foam roll as well as stretch and spend quite a bit of time on this, but if you train to keep fit and it’s not as much of a serious thing then stretching is fine, although it’s always good to foam roll especially if you feel particularly tight! 😊
Haha no I don’t really stretch before I train at the gym, I would sometimes use a foam roller to loosen my joints and do a little bit of stretching if I felt tight but nothing as long as this x
