Love your videos and learning a lot. Thanks! Wondering if you have workouts for women over 60. I do go to the gym, love my spin classes/cardio, Pilates etc but realizing I need to get back to resistant training and lifting weights. Had a shock the last 6 months in how fast you can lose muscle mass at this age. (Intermittent fasting really highlighted this for me) competitive swimmer in my younger years and rowed in Masters so I am disciplined and ready to commit to a program to become stronger. Any utube videos of yours target my age group? Thx❤

Just found you 🤩 You’re so inspirational, so informative and so stunning! I’ve been working out for almost 10 years and I’m just hearing about the low bar squat. I had no idea. And the centre of gravity info in relation to the bar makes complete sense. I can’t believe my past trainers have never mentioned it! Thank you for all you do.

Holly, especially on leg day I try and do a 8-15 minute red (Vis & NIR) light session 30 minutes to 1 hour before I train. When I first bought my body panel (mine is a Platinum, but Joov is of a similar power output) the first thing I noticed was that my lactic acid burn was reduced significantly in leg extensions. I believe it helps with the discomfort and improves overall power output or work for the same perceived exertion. I also take a scoop of beet powder as my pre-workout. I need all the help I can get on hard leg days especially. Thank you for sharing. Remember as well to give your body the grace it needs during stressful times. Holly, when you say you're "clearly" not at your best physique but you look more lean and athletic than mostly all other people, it's kind of sending the opposite message from what you say you promote. I just wanted to draw your awareness to how that might make viewers feel.

Man, that is harsh cause Holly is literally a world champion physique competitor talking about her own package and where she's at. If others choose to compare themselves to someone at the absolute top of her game, is that realllyyyy her issue? I think she's an amazing empowering role model and her raw honesty is brave as hell.

@Erica Woolley maybe that would be the case if her whole platform wasn't based on body acceptance, etc. It's not harsh at all. The way she phrased it would imply that her physique is lacking. Yes, it is her responsibility to consider how this would make others feel if her brand is based on exactly that - "helping" women change how they view their bodies.

@@rachelmel I see where you are coming from. I guess she should just pretend that she is in radical acceptance mode all the time to protect other people from potential discomfort imposed on themselves by viewing her content. It's optional for people to watch.! Her brand is a woman who has found value in herself in things other than her body, and acknowledging that she is not as conditioned right now does not automatically imply that she lacks self worth or self respect. It's impossible to share anything now without potentially having someone get triggered by their own issues and I would hate for shutting off peoples' honesty to be the only solution!

@Erica Woolley the fact that you use the term triggered that way and are belittling how this could make her audience feel says enough about your views to me to know we will not agree on this. I'm a coach and a CPT/sports nutritionist etc. I work with women. These are my views and it's fine if you don't agree. Just move along 🤷‍♀️ I'm sure she doesn't need sarcastic fan girl defense.

Hey Rachel , I think it’s important to remember that I am a professional physique competitor and I’m still planning on competing this year, so when I make these comments, I’m making reference to the fact that I am not as lean as I should be as a competitor.. as far as my body composition outside of this sport I’m extremely confident, regardless of where I’m sitting and I appreciate your efforts to aware me.
