As someone who has watched dozens of hours of builds , i can say i definitely can appreciate your no nonsense simplified uncomplicated filming of the different processes, i think its a good approach, but definitely don't forget on more intricate and subjective kind of techniques to slow it down and get detailed more indepth,

What bit did you use in the router to cut the hole for the tie down brackets? I’ve never owned a router but after seeing how quick that was and beveling your bed platform, I’m buying one.

It had a flush trim bit in it. You can get a little laminate router like that one for pretty cheap. I use my little one over the big ones most of the time.

What Brand cargo trailer is that ? I was impressed by the steel plates where the axle connects, I just seen a video the other day where the axles split the aluminum under the trailer because they used a Halo thin tube of aluminum where they connected the axles.looks like your doing things right , you know what they say, if you want it done right do it yourself.

It's a Legacy. I liked that too. One of my neighbors is an HVAC guy and uses a trailer to haul equipment and tools. His flat out snapped off where the tongue meets the frame! It was a much lighter duty frame than this one so fingers crossed!

Trailer is 14' x 8' with 7' headroom. I did not insulate the floor. Wasn't sure if it needed it. Spent the weekend after Thanksgiving out four wheeling and heated it with a little electric heater. Did just fine. Curious if I foamed the underside if it would stay in. Might try down the road.

@@buildlifeoverland I decided to go with the ridgid purely for cost reasons. I still haven't got around to installing it, but will update with how well it does. Hopefully soon enough.

Is that all aluminum?

Yes. Watch the first video on this trailer where we undercoat the bottom. You can see the aluminum frame. They have some pretty nice steel plates where the axle connects. That and the axles are the only steel.
