Carmella is dealing with post pregnancy issues and Raquel is dealing with a skin related issue, her being unable to sign is probably because she hasnt visited/done much outside of doctors/healing for the past year. Though why even have her as an auto at that point. Figured someone there could have made a decision to just cut it at that point.
