Ga-Me ‘n' droid well not remastered graphics wise but it’s on next gen consoles now (Xbox 1 and PS4) and they have to gold edition characters in the first one free and the DLC characters for the 2nd are also free with purchase of the games
The amount of costumes this game had, better boss battles, and actual care to the gameplay. I can go on and on about how Marvel Ultimate Alliance was just a lazier version of X-men Legends 2
i havent played that game but i loved ultimate alliance,so how much better this game is? too bad i am not really intersted to xmen except just a few mutants
@@topsolikoexpress4445 Xmen Legends 2 is very similar to MUA. Some of the differences would be : the characters passive skills are not designated to a specific costume like in MUA. Characters can wear 3 pieces of equipment instead of one. Most characters have 6 or 7 power skills , 3 boost skills , and 2 extreme attacks/ boost. You control most of the stat points as you level up. Their is a lot of equipment drops in XML2 , and you have to pick it up and take care of it or the game will crash at certain points in the game due to maxed out memory. There are trivia games in each of the 5 acts , that like in MUA cover details from Xmen history. Ironman is an unlockable playable character in this game , you can't use him until you're near the end of the game on your first play through . Once unlocked you can use him at the start of a new game . There are training missions like in MUA, some character specific , others you choose team lineup. Instead of the health / energy orbs , there are packs which you have to stand over to pick up. Playable characters : Cyclops , Bishop , Colossus , Gambit , Jean Gray , Iceman , Juggernaut, Magneto. Scarlet Witch , Toad , Rogue , Storm , Sunfire , Nightcrawler , and Wolverine. Unlockable - Ironman, Deadpool , and Prof.X The are also exclusive playable characters in the PC , PSP , and Xbox versions.
They were really trying to push the PSP back then. Not only did it have more unlockable characters, but there's playable comic book story missions based on iconic comics that added even more content. I was actually disappointed when I started playing the Gamecube version recently and went back to the PSP version on my retroid.
I love all the games of this series (xmen legends 1 and 2 and the marvel ultimate alliance games)but it's just something about the xmen legends games that felt way better the bosses? The quality? Idk but I always preferred them
for some reason i found funny that Colossus was the first to be shown with that music in the background do not ask me why? love this fucking game man and love X-men
you are fine bro, you did nothing i just find it funny probably cos the song had a Russian-like tune to it that is all Colossus is one of my personal favoite X-men of all times!
yeah i was always a fan of seeing Colossus punching juggernaut's cunt face one thing it masterpiece about Deapool 2 was the Colossus v jugg fight it was a great moment for me since i always felt Colossus deserved much more potential for the cinematic universe i don't think they ever did justice to him in the other X-men movies and i despised days of future past for killing colossus twice is like TWF? Colossus was one of the few survivors in the original comic version of DOFP and it made perfect sense why he would be a survivor
@@technomancer1352 What port is this? I've had this game for PSP for YEARS and have never bothered to play it because i own a PS3 and PS4, is it worth going out of my way to play it? Or do you know if this game has a proper console port for 3 or 4?
@@technomancer1352 Oh i love playing the Ultimate Alliance games, i still play them till this day, i just don't know if i'm gonna be able to put up with the PSP's mechanics. 😂
Cyclops and Jean's son from the Age of Apocalypse timeline. During the 90s he was a quite popular character and entered the Mainstream timeline for a while, where he even befriended Spider-Man and spend Christmas with the Parkers. Around the early 2000s he somewhat vanished again though
@@technomancer1352 Nope, son. But brother to Rachel Summers aka Phoenix 2. Daughter of Cyke and Jean from the Days of Future Past timeline that Looks a lot like Jean.
