Full Custom Ian Roussel and Ken's Crazy Train🚂🤗 Ian Teaches Sheet Metal Work🤓👽🛸
Ian has veered off course due to having SO MANY ideas he wants to get out of his head and into the RU-vid world 🌎. We've unleashed his inner 8 year old! In this video Ian Roussel reaches into the rail fan world and help's his friend Ken out, as they start to fabricate Ken's crazy train 🚂 Stay Tuned for Part 2!
A VERY SPECIAL THANKS TO KEN! He not only helped us with this video, he is an AMAZING supporter of Ian and Jamie and all of their whacky, desert-y adventures. Without other Artist collaborating, this channel would not be as cool. 🎨🖌 🙏

Agreed, although toward the end of this one she's using what sounds like a Noise Removal filter. Don't know what editing platform she's using but if it's Final Cut X I've found the Voice Isolation filter less Warbly.

@fullcustomIan Год назад
(From Jamie) I’m using I movie right now, but want to next level my editing now that I’ve gotten the basics down! I agree the filter is hard to adjust with our different tones of voices and the welder, there’s also good lighting for FCG, but a distinct hum I’m dealing with …looking to upgrade the microphone and possibly a new editing platform…I appreciate the suggestion! 🙏🏼 I’ve taught myself how to edit in just one month! 😎🤓

Many older cars were built with the same "track" as the rail lines. My old '55 Nash Rambler American could run on the rails. You could deflate the tires to align with the tracks, though the beads would often unseat from the wheel rims. and tubes would suffer. Or, you could remove the tires completely and run on the metal. Have my doubts about heat and durability, but so I was told by an old timer Nash guy. I'm 80 now so I'm the 'old timer', and wish I had the Rambler to relocate a built 351 motor sitting in my garage. It could be a "Cobra-mbler". BTW, so happy for you two and the enjoyable path you are on. I'm addicted, just as I have been to the TV show.

You have a phenomenal gift for teaching, and such a mastery of infinite skill sets to pass along. I have long been comforted by the sounds of shop work, but add in Ian's creative thinking being explained as it happens, and it these videos are like mechanically minded, professional relaxation sessions. And you two are like that well used favorite pair of shop gloves - you are a perfect fit!

Really like the intro! That rail truck was really cool and a great episode, and this one doesn't disappoint either. It's really nice to see you tackling something unusual; it shows your ability to take on new and different things and still apply your same creativity to them (and shows how well the skills translate to more than just work on the auto projects). I told my uncle, who is a huge train obsessed aficionado, about their page...he will love seeing it. I think you need to build your own train for Casa Roussel. Just make sure there's enough room for the pups to ride. I'm sure you can find enough scrap metal there or at Bill's place to build the entire thing. Things like this also are great to see on here, because they widen the scope and audience that may stumble on the channel through searches or recommendations. Once they see it and Ian's work (plus Jamie's production and videowork), they will hopefully stick around to check out even more. For me, it's great to see because it exposes me to more things besides cars and more varied fabrication with some more artwork thrown in too. It keeps. The interest level high and keeps me coming back even more because I never know what may be coming next. Keep at it, you two! -Jeff

Once again, completely amazed at the crisp precise cuts. I know all too well how one of those can get away from ya. Ian, to set your cutting torch,....you want about 21lbs on your oxygen tank, and about 7lbs on your acetylene tank. then too set your torch for cutting, you start with no oxygen, you turn on your acetylene , light the torch and turn up the gas until the black smoke stops, then you hold the handle all the way down and start turning up your oxygen until the little light blue flame in the middle is down as short as you can get it without snuffing the torch out. Ive learned so much from you ,...my wife quite often watches with me.
