Mutton biryani Ingredients
Cinnamon -1 inch
Cloves -2
Cardamom-2
Bay leaf 1
Star anise -1
Mace -1
Onion -2 medium size
Tomato -1 and 1/2 medium size
Green chilli -3 slit
Ginger garlic paste -1 and 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Mint
Coriander leaves
Chilli powder -1 tsp ( adjust for your tatse )
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Curd - 1 tbsp
Rice -1 cup
Mutton -400grams

I have bought it in sale for 22$ , I think the price now is around 50$ , it’s lil expensive for this pot .. I’m not sure about this brand But I’m using it in a regular basis and works great for me ..
