He still didn’t eat any soda, chips, fast food (not counting the pizza lol) etc. all staples of an American diet. I guarantee you half of the usa would feel healthy eating like that😬 that’s why he’s the best!

these videos are great. i would love an interview or video some day on your mental. Everything that goes on in your brain from plateaus, eating food that's not palatable before a competition, pushing yourself in training, etc. Basically what does it take mentally to be the next cbum?

Love this video, people we assume we go crazy and consume everything insight after a show. After weeks of basically starving yourself, your stomach shrinks to adapt to less food and your body may develop an intolerance to foods you haven't been having. I remember after my first prep I developed an intolerance to cheese after not having it for 15 weeks, and I fecking love cheese. 3 years on and I still need to be careful with my intake of it. This is the really smart way of doing it, have enough to satisfy some cravings but don't go overboard and make yourself feel crappy.

Eating healthy is a life choice. I was addicted to something sweet often before, but after staying off sugar for sometime now I can only eat so much before I feel the urge to eat something healthy. Thank you for taking us along on your journey. You're the man!

You;d be amazed at how many mass monsters walk around and never compete.... most of the biggest guys in your town never compete. They just never get as shredded as Chris. Or would have to enter the open category.
This is a proof of why you're so successful, your view in nutrition is so tight even on cheat days you're not killing your gains with a bunch of extra garbage fats, remarkable!
