Yo people. Welcome to another Full Day of Eating Super High Protein Meals for Fat Loss and today, I'm doing a Full Day of Eating 1600 calories. As always, these meals are low in calories, high in protein, they're easy and all in all, a great fit if you're in a calorie deficit and trying to lose fat.

Jonathan, these meals are a godsend my man, especially for a man like me who feels like he's constantly hungry. I'm 6'1" 218 and currently just started a calisthenics training program to cut fat and build some muscle. Your 1500 cal./day, 170g meals hit the PERFECT spot for me as they give me just the amount of protein I want with the right number of calories. My wife really enjoyed the Hunter's Chicken recipe as well! Keep doing the Lord's work my friend.

That enchilada looks way better than Doucette's pizza. Id rather not have pizza that have the pizza he makes. It made me realize its super importamt to choose meals you love. I got very unmotivated as i kept eating stuff I didnt like. Greg's french toast is amazing though. Thank you for the video!

Liked the burger recipe! We grow our own tomatoes and there ripe now really sweet & good. I have grown rocket here before as well in Washington state in US you can grow a lot of good veg , fruits and herbs. Our plums are ripe now so will be making jam very soon out of them. I think the marks on your shoulders could have something to do with nutrition. Too much of a certain vitamin in food and/ or certain food supplements can cause blood thinning which means your blood vessels are damaged more easily.
