I needed this video cause I’m on a weight loss journey and I’m on a 2000 calorie deficit and didn’t know how to really space out the calories (meal wise) and after see your video that looks like more then enough. I usally try to consume all calories in one meal. But seeing how you spaced them out and out together just gave me food ideas and a bigger drive towards my goals. Salute to you. God bless 💪🏾💪🏾😎

the best part of tracking macros and prep your food with care, is that you can still enjoy your food while dieting down ou bulking up, making the whole process a lot easier and more fun

Good video but it would be nice to break down the serving size of each meal. For example how many cups of rice, how many Oz of meat is used in each meal...
Just a heads-up on the banana/blueberry smoothie: apparently bananas cancel out much of the absorption of berry polyphenols, so not a good idea to mix the two together. i just found this out! Don't just take my word for it. 👍
congrats on 1mil subs!! not sure if you can answer but had to try n ask, you know of any places like JustMeats but for seafood? i follow a pescatarian diet and was curious, thanks!
This looks great! Where is the link? To get the meats and the seasoning? I can definitely eat this. Most if the foods I see fitness peoke fix and eat looks flavorless!
high carb diet only works if you do a lot of strength training. This is not for the ordinary folk... they would get diabetes and insulin resistant, and all sorts of health issues due to the sugar spikes. I prefer high fat / moderate protein / low carb diet for ordinary folks that don't really work out. It has a much better profile for sustained energy and low glucose spikes.
@@babyseal9293 depends on the carb. Slow releasing carbs like pasta, rice, breads are good for runners. Quick absorbing carbs like straight up sugar is good for post strength training. Moral of the story, if you don't move, don't eat carbs. The high fat / moderate protein / low carb / keto / carnivore diet is best for folks that don't prefer to move too much.
@@TimesEnigma candy/gels/straight up sugar is good for during long runs, too, to prevent one from hitting the so-called "wall" when running distances of 30+ km. I agree with you though, most folks are too sedentary to eat high carb
Ladies, I DNT see anything on the ring finger😉Handsome and can cook🤭 I'm not a meat eater only occasionally but I'm loving the Just Meats pack. I love the simplicity of his recipes. He needs his cooking show. Get Fit With Josh👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽😊
Beautifull diet. Im about 120 pounds and eat less kcal than you. I love the breakfast! Also, when im on work I add a albumin scoop shake with just water, just to, you know 😂😂😂😂
Question, with so much carbs, how do you lose weight? Serious Question. Food looks good and i definitely wanna try. But thats over 200g of carbs in a full day
All these people saying that the meat and things is to expensive. Head to a pantry near you trust me there are pantry’s everywhere. If you really want it you will find a way.
How are you supposed to do this with a job? I genuinely do not understand how it’s possible to not only get this many calories but the time to cook it and not spend a shit ton of money
