It may be too late but give me some sleep. I have had sleep issues for over 60 years. I actually just had sleep study done last month, but still no answers! My issue is not staying asleep as well as other sleep issues. Once again Happy Birthday to Ava 🎂

Oh girlfriend Please " Give Me SOM Sleep " !! I'm right there with you on the no sleep. I have insomnia so bad. Sometimes I stay awake for a few days. It's terrible and I don't like it at all. It's not a way to live. I'm so tired of it. Really can use SOM Sleep drink! I've tried so many different things and nothing works. 😪 Amiee I'm not buying anymore from perfect keto. Had a bad experience/ situation with them. And they didn't even try to help me out with it. I feel they could've tried to make things right and compromise...but just plain No! All I can say is that they lost a good customer and truly a loyal one too! Very disappointed in their customer service.😡 I'm doing all my business with Kiss my Keto now.

I hope you can find something. Have you tried melatonin and a sleep aide like unisom? Its helping me. Also hormone replacement is helping me too.
I take melatonin every night. I also wake up several times during the night. My watch shows me that I don't get any deep sleep. It's all light sleep and very little rem sleep.
