Sir i am in class 12. I am preparing for the boards and also wbjee. U are my inspiration and I wanna be like u. Please make a routine on also school days 😊😊😊💗💗💗
Till today i was studying continuously and still not able to achieve my daily goal. I will now follow this time table and get back in a month and tell progress. BTW thank you ashish bhaiya. The work you are doing is of great help.

It's a highly ideal blueprint. Implementing it won't be less than a miracle for me. I see a lot of people applauding this daily routine but to be honest on a long run I won't think it's feasible at least for me. Our surrounding and environment at home plays a very Important role and not to mention the the social life which you have completely seemed to ignore.
You are 100 percent corect... I used to sleep by 4 or 5 am and woke up at 11 or 12.....but during those days when it is about 5 pm I get frustrated by knowing that this day is almost over and become pressurized .... But once I started waking up about 6 am, I felt large differences psychologically 😅....
Please make videos on how to prepare with job. Like this one. After 9-6 jobs. I am in service based MNC wanted to switch to product based so preparing for GATE.
Man!!! I just found your channel while watching shorts.. and your videos are just so good and gives me some motivation to work and study.. Before watching your videos i was so demotivated i was unable to focus on my studies but when i started watching your videos i got some motivation back... thank you🙏
awesomely explain but one thing is while in the 15 minutes never do things like which are you know put stress on mind - like watching TV series or talking to someone , the one and most effective healthy habit is to walk or exercise .
Ashish, I wanted to share with u that I am currently studying pcm, and preparing for jee (and for me too, this is fun and so it's a holiday everyday)... now i don't have classes for four days a week, so my previous routine was that 6 o clock I would wake up.. 6.30 to 7.30 go to lib 7.30 to 8 breakfast 8.30 to 2.30 library 2.30 to 3 lunch 3 to 8.30 library 8.30 to 9.30 lunch and talk to parents 9.30 to 12.30 library ... still I was not getting results, I realized my mistake after watching ur videos... now I m going to implement these majorm changes. Thanks a lot.
What is use government is privotasation everything already started for getting a private jobs that much preparation is unnecessary if you prepare like that you will be Hocker😂
@@foppufuri8737 we might be the last batch recruited This is india, privatization takes time maybe a year or 2 Lockdown batch (2021) & 2022 May make it to psu's Also some psu's won't privatize
Bro can u plss make a video on time management when we are having cllg hrs between 9am to 4 pm and also want to crack competitive exams like GATE,ISRO etc..
As usual, wonderful, thanks for your efforts.. Ashish sir, there's a habit or behavioural pattern that I have noticed in most of the aspirants.. And I had been a victim of it too.. Sir, most of the aspirant are more interested in knowing all the tips, tricks strategies, in gathering materials of all coaching institutes rather than just applying those known facts in their own study. They have mostly seen all the videos on gate strategy, have followed every possible channel on gate, most probably because it triggers their dopamine levels and make them feel good and accomplished ..Even, these people give advices to others that you should do this or that, when they themselves are not executing those strategies.. Have you noticed this?? Or do you have any thoughts on this??
Hey Ashish bro I am in class 10th and i want to score 98% + ntse so how can i study for my boards and achieve academic excellence and become stick to my subject without break Thank You Pls reply eagerly waiting...
Forest App is the best pomodro session app. Yoga nidra before sleep make sleep so much better. Wim hof method after morning workout is bliss to mental health.
tried to follow similar routine but at night time ....facing problem in scheduled time(12pm) for sleep ...most of the time it extends by 2 am or 1:30 am ..due to this unable to wake up early in morning....tried working out early morning for 2 3 days still not able to sleep at 11 or 12 pm .....huge trouble sir 😅.
Sir, Can u make a video on how a working professional of 8 hrs should use his/her time on studies excluding working hours. Waiting for that one. Thank you for this video most helpful during these days.
Doing hardwork it self is nonsense if you have interest you won't feal hard in watching movie because your interested like that don't do hard work do your interested things through your studying like that what is result of that to getting a private job there is no need to work hard you just have passion on that job
Bhaia mai abhi 12th me hun....mujhe engineer nahi karni hai mai normal bsc karna chahti hun mgr barc aur drdo yesab me jane ke liye kaise prep lun aur bsc me bhi konse subjects lun jisse easy ho.....12th meri feb me khatam hojayegi magar maine jee ke liye prep nahi liya toh kya mai 1 saal prep lun jee ke liye ya phir mai bsc me bhi jakr isro ya drdo barc yesab me jaa sakti hun....plz help me
I’ve already made a video on it. Search my channel videos or search on RU-vid with Torq4712. You may register for a personal consultation session: www.ashishtorq.com/service-page/personal-consultancy-session
Yesss..... health is wealth ..... nobody tells such a practical and best routine ever .... keep it up .....also plant based diet maximize mental clarity , imp for competitive xm preparation.
@ashishtorq Is it too late to pursue your ambitions? I don't know if universe is giving me signs to pursue medicine or i'm having some delusional outbreaks for now. Just few words of advice from you would suffice, i would really appreciate it.
What about people who can't study at home due to reasons like joint families etc? Cause it gets very difficult when you keep having people just barging in and stuff. This was the only reason I couldn't make it in jee😭😭😭😭
I am preparing for UPSC and was searching for a time table from last many days & just like magic it popped up today after watching the full video I can say that it will work perfectly for me. Thanks❤i really needed something like this
Eating dinner early (around 7-8pm) is something I have been practicing for more than a year now & its really the best practice, along with daily yoga practice. U feel light & sleep right. And this study routine is fantastic. I had seen the Pomodora video of yours, & have started it also, bs iski aadat nhi hui h abhi but I am sure ho jayegi with everyday practice. Its really effective & I encourage everyone to follow this complete time table by you...❤❤
*You know the guy is LEGEND and GROUND TO EARTH when he still replies to 3 year old video* even though having 300k+ subs 😮😮😮 IG he'll reply to me too 😅😅😅
As someone who has studied for competitive exams I can 200% say that 9 hours of effective study is way better than 15-18 hours of study that everybody (me also) plans. 18 hours study is useless. Study effectively for 9 hours that would produce the best output.
@@ashishtorqhello bade bhaiya I'm in class 10 and I have followed you for the last 1.5 years If you are free then consider replying! Earlier during my pt1 and pt2 I had 98% and full in maths,(I'm not weak ) but during the half yearly exam questions came out of syllabus and due to anxiety and nervousness I did silly mistakes which reduced my marks to 60/80(feeling depressed right now)THIS is the lowest mark ever I have scored. I'm totally numb right now. So u request you to make a video on these exam nervousness and anxiety and how to be calm even in the toughest situations and how to overcome from failure like this plz guide me
@@Saiearnmyself hey, im an 11th class student with a story similar to yours. I too felt similar emotions when i messed up my half yearlies and preboards but i went on to manage a 99 percentage in my 10th class boards. I personally used my emotions to push me to try to put myself in the test environments continuously so that i got used to the pressure. Plus, finding out what triggers the nervousness is very important. Are you spending too much time in writing answers to 3 marker questions or maybe 5 marker questions? (This was what i found caused my time management to fall apart hence causing a lot of panic). Now try ensuring that whenever you reach this point where you know you are prone to getting nervous, you get in control of yourself and maintain composure. Set up tools to help you get back on track i.e. talk to your tutors on how you can reduce your answers' volume but ensure you write all important things. Try improving your writing speed etc. Do this sincerely and you'll manage everything. Have some belief in yourself and push past the fear. Wish you the best
Bro for jee preparation which coaching i should choose local coaching or a branded coaching like allen, fitjee which is far away from my home ? Pls suggest me 😔

@Akilan A he conveys that the class topper or our friend who is topper only says that they haven't studied much , but holds the top ranks of the class . It actually means that most of the toppers lies , but this channel is saying truth that yes I've studied and also advices us as well !
