This is my routine and I think most of us relate to it:- 6:30- Wake up 6:40- Again sleep for 20 min 7:00- Brush ur teeth 7:05- Check ur phn if u have time and wait until ur sibling/mom/dad come out of the bathroom 7:15- Enter the bathroom 7:30- Now dress up for school 7:40- Do some stretches and walk around ur room if ur not that lazy 7:45- Eat ur breakfast (nom nom) 8:00- Do any task u want 8:15 or 8:20- Take ur bag, wear ur shoes and leave for school SCHOOL TIME- 9:00 TO 3:15 4:00- Return home from school 4:15- Take some rest and freshen up 4:30- Take ur food 5:00- Watch ur phn 6:00 to 8:00- If u have tution then go to tution and if u dont do self study or complete ur syllabus 8:15- Freshen up and take a short break for 15 mins 8:30 to 9:30 - Complete ur hw and pack ur bag 9:30 to 10:20 - Watch ur phn 10:30- Dinner time 11:00- Brush ur teeth and do skincare and apply some lipbalm to ur lips 11:15 to 11:30- Watch some fanfics if u want.. 11:30- Sleep... I've watched this like 5 times... Most routines I know seem very hard for people like me, or people wanting to have a healthy life for the first time. However, this is very easy-going but effective at the same time. I'm going to try this tomorrow (Monday) and each week I'll report how I've been doing! Guys here's an tip if you guys are an teenager and can't go out to walk out at night you can just dance for 2 hours it really helped my body get cleansed becuase it makes me stress relived and helps not to get too lazy since dance requires energy you can get clear skin too becuase I had 6 black pimple marks on my skin using mamaearth face wash and sunscreen really help it too and make sure to not stress urself after dancing just eat ur dinner and drink atleast 2 glass of water apply anything you apply at night after washing ur face and then sleep and don't think about school or homework as it can cause stress to the skin
