Well said bro. I have been in a BPO for 8 years and perfectly aware of it's bitter truth. Our young generation is destroying their talents and health in BPO. Also they are forgetting our Indian culture and values due to the fake BPO work environment.

bpo is not bad yaar--outcome of doing job in bpo -punctuality, communcation, knowledge level,confidence to talk everyone....its all things are helpful to get a better platform☺ shuruaat k liye bpo is best...
I have been working in BPO for last 5 year but now I am fed up today .I request you if you are thinking to join BPO please don't join voice process .It is another type of sucide .but if u don't have any option other than BPO so try to get job in non voice it is far better than voice.it my experience ND I suggest you all gusy I have finished my career by joining this feild .the wrost thing I felt in BPO when I needed to go washroom but there was high call waiting I requested them plz allow me to go washroom they said please wait 10 mints .now you guys may understand how they play with our emotions.an want to tell one other story I was down with pain in my stomach but they didn't let me go.said please do work it's job ...
People join call centre thinking they will work for couple of years till the time they get job in their feild but once you join shifting jobs you do not get time to study and appear for interviews.And rarely people are able to get out of this industry.Once you hit 30 working in BPO,then you find it difficult to join other call centre forget changing industry.Call centre mamagement knows after 30 you will not get job anywhere,so they exploit you at their own terms.

It was my new journey for a new job. I was a fresher . I have done every thing with hard work because i am fresher i was not aware for anything . I don't know but i have not done anything wrong only for one mistake they exist me from company . It was not big mistake i was also humble for them as well as a costumer. That time I lost my self confidence .😞
it is good to start job life with bpo but not for so long you earn up to 20k-30k after 4 to 5 years but you don't learn anything and you can eaisly get the job in bpo
Those companies who involuntarily terminate employees OR EMPLOYEES face retrenchment involuntarily by the bpos /Call centres should be Compulsorily imposed penalties by the law .Which means labour court should have the right to exercise such option..If penalties means high fines should be imposed .in this way these bpos will be tackled to a larger extent.But unfortunately Labour court is not stringent as such This Country is INDIA where anything can happen but in most of the cases BPOS ARE ON THE SAFER SIDE .

Same , also I had completed zoology , working for Amazon bpo , 1, future planning- inform them that , unplanningly I joined zoology but later I realised that , I have a affection towards it industry so currently I am trying to switch my carrier 2 why you want to work - inform them that bpo is the only industry that can give a edge to my communication , if this is big company then you can inform that it is pleasure to work in amazon Like this ese hii inka thodi makhan marke bolna padta hai ,main bhi abhi hi Amazon chat process , use this trick you will thank me later. But frankly do not choose BPO.
The only thing is that job is not secure. Anytime process can gets ramp down and company asks you to leave with advance salary depends on the contract with the company. Second worst part is that bpo sector is literally sucking our country's talented youth. Food for thought :- Don't join the BPO sector just only for the sake of k Meri English improve hogi, lifestyle improve hoga n all falaan dhimkaan bakchodi. Join when you find that there is an opportunity to learn something new. English to Chlte firte seekhloge.

Absolutely wrong. I am working in United airlines as a ticket executive and in voice process they are giving me 55k per month with two weeks off . Plus cab both sides. And I can travel anywhere in India with no charges . They giving me one flight per month absolutely free. Do not pay attention on him if your English is fluent then u can make a great career in international BPO.
I'm totally disagree. 😠 not only there is money but also growth, it depends upto you. If you have good communication, then you can get easily job and salary would be 20k to 35 k
The guy in the video is just a negative minded ppl..i hav worked with a bpo as an agent fot 7 months n after that i got promotion as a Quality Analyst and then after gaining xperience wen i switched to other companu i got a very good hike..its all about patience,hardwork n bit of luck
@sudip dhar buddy that depends upon everyone's individual mindest..most of the people think that bpo means airtel..jio..vodafone..and picking up calls..and thats all...but that is not the correct thing..there are other profiles too(after promotion)..like Team Leader,Quality Analyst,Sr Team Leader,Trainer,Sr Quality Analyst,Quality Assistant Manager,Quality General Manager,Operations Assistant Manager,Operations General Manager etc etc....

Bhai 4 saal diye the mene gurgaon company me meri salary har baar kam badti (joining time 13000+1(800)+2(600)+3 (400) +4 (700) ) but last year mene domestic company join kari (joining 16,000)is saal meri salary 1200 badi wo bhi second rating thi mene iske liye fight kari high level to meri salary 2500 bada di. BPO ye culture hai hi nahi aap ko otna hi milegaa (( 5% ya jyadaa se jaydaa 7% ) yearly

Guys yeh dara raha hai aisa soch ke kaam karenge toh koi matlab nahi hai it sector main bhi aankh se paani nikal jaayega aapke maine dekha 10-12 hrs kaam or kabhi kabhi toh uske upar ho jaata hai choos lete hai IT main bhi poora it's all depend on your intrest.
