Jayz looked really irritated in most pictures. And few others. That's what I see and feel watching. But I think it has to do with the fact that multiple people in the room slept with each other plus stolen people man/women plus been screwed in various business dealings by various people in the room. I work in the music industry and these types of "parties" aren't moments to let your hair down, like a regular nightclub/bar. They are an opportunity to network, be noticed by your peers and spotted by press/media. And thats why no one is really dancing etc.

Not sure what footage you were watching, but I saw different moments within the party and plenty of people dancing. 🤔 Also, my guess is that every party a celebrity throws is for networking then because they always have on similar attire. (Pending the host) Especially Ditty.
