If you really want to provide a service to both them and to your viewers, you would have a critic conduct the interview or at least be a part of the interview. That would provide counter points to the audience and provide opportunities for reflection and growth to them. This can be both a great piece of technology and also come off as a 'pump your bags' episode where you, as you stated, "guided them" (instead of critically interviewed them).

I would love it if when a highly qualified guest like this mentions “censorship resistance” and “privacy” and the best qualities of their tech, if you guys would please please press them to explain what that exactly means. Also decentralization. Get more detailed please we are in the middle of the bear market, you can talk for hours and we will listen we don’t have anything else to do. I really want to understand why Zksync is superior tech for these attributes, but when they come up, everyone seems to think that it’s enough to just say the words and also say that the tech is the best at it. It’s not enough. We’ve been hearing these terms everywhere. If I had a nickel for every booth person at Eth denver that said their protocol was decentralized I would roll my fucking eyes out of my head. Please go into more detail on these topics, if you think you can. You guys are great at summarizing this stuff, go one level deeper and summarize the math and the code for us and explain it in the context of what the actual UX will be like. Like what does privacy and censorship resistance actually look like? Can we buy things without paying sales tax? Can we pay employees using private contracts that cut out the government? I mean obviously the government won’t allow this stuff but I want to questions asked, I just want to hear an answer. Thank you, all the best

I appreciate the information in this video. However, David I would have liked to hear you ask some tough questions too! OFAC shut down Tornado cash, I would like to hear these guys address the real concerns that US citizens might be blocked from using this technology due to its privacy implications. As soon as there is some evidence that North Korea is using privacy preserving tech to do money laundering, I am concerned that OFAC will bring down the ban-hammer. David, could you do an episode giving the people an update on your Treasury law-suit? I like the open sourcing of technology and the value of decentralization. My hope is that if the project is decentralized enough, then Nation-State regulators will not be able to completely shut it down or go after the founders. They could only ban their citizens from using the product. I wish you would have asked these two guys about this topic. Thank you

Crypto values are great because they meet some human needs of freedom, participation and identity. It has to become to clear to us that that is why crypto is great. We also have to understand that they can be dangerous if we don't also promote values to meet all our other needs: subsistence, protection, affection, understanding, participation, leisure, creation, identity, and freedom.

Why are governments, ok with zkSync but not tornadocash? When is it expected to be in production? Who can have access to the private data and how will it be audited? So like who has God Mode?

DAVID! Find some cryptography wizards to talk about Indistinguishability Obfuscation. (I think Vitalik knows a bit about it?) It's the next frontier after ZK and can do even more magic.

So seamless bridging between chains on Ethereum. Also this could remove the need for sharding? Plus privacy optionality. Maybe all the chains should think of switching to this, just keeping their communities and tokens etc.🤔

ZKsync was a horrid slow janky experience, compared to arbitrum or even polygon, it is inferior. Perhaps the tech is more advanced but the user experience is one of the worst I have ever done. (after using 20+ blockchains)
