English Breakfast for a great morning 🌞
How I made it 👇🏽🔥🇬🇧
Lightly oil the pan and add two sausages on med-heat. Keep turning each side until golden.
Slice your black pudding and add to the pan, cook for 2 minutes each side.
Add bacon down first (I used 2 of different kinds). Add thyme and garlic, then tomatoes (cherry and normal one too). When sausages and bakon are ready, put it on the paper sheet to remove extra fat.
Then cook some chopped button mushrooms, seasoning (I use thyme again), salt, pepper and garlic. Cook 3-4 mins, set aside. Add in your cherry tomatoes + 1 halved normal tomato and allow to caramelise, then add your sourdough and toast in the residual fat (I didnt as it would be too much food for me😀).
Meanwhile, add your beans to a sauce pan, season, add thyme and leave to heat.
For the rosti, peel, grate and rinse your potato till water runs clear, then squeeze out excess water. Add to a bowl with 4tbsp melted butter, 1tbsp corn starch or flour, sea salt, black pepper and 1 egg.
Mix together, then shape into patties. Cook these in some olive oil and butter on medium-high for 7-10 mins, flipping every few mins and basting till golden and crispy.
Once done, set aside and crack your egg into the same pan to fry.
Serve and enjoy!
