No , its not costly. We can buy these Siri Dhanya at Yeshvantpur RMC. Navane- Rs.45, Harka, Korale, Odalu- Rs.70 and Same- Rs85. ANd compared to rice this is cheap because -- In 1 Kg of Rice 4 people can eat food at a time where as In these Siridhanya 10 people can eat food in 1 Kg. Average 1 kg of Bullet White Rice is Rs.60 to 70 and tell me which is cheaper.

Is Korle available when you went there? It is not available in Grameena Kutumba, Chandra Layout (though they are telling it might come from the start of this month!) Anyhow I will still shop in Yeshwanthapura, because in Grameena Kutumba the price is: Navane (65), rest (85) which is better before when I bought in Kaulige where Navane (85), rest (95 to 105). Please do let me know when you come across any other outlets which sell even lesser (because in this way I can encourage many of my friends and relatives to eat Siridhanya who are reluctant because of price constraint, and then they will give the excuse of "taste" instead of understanding the "health" benefits!) Also I hope they give it in that price if we shop around 10 to 15 kgs (2 to 3 kgs of each siridhanya) or this applies only for bulk quantities? Sorry if there are too many queries :-) Hopefully we both can meet during international millet festival in January at Palace ground :-)
