I have been obsessed with makeup since I was a teenager. I love using makeup and am most attracted to eyeshadow. People often ask me to do their makeup for them for special occasions (weddings, gala events, Christmas parties, all my daughters' and their friends' graduations, etc.). I too am a mature woman with hooded eyes and for the last couple of years have been watching youtube videos for tips and tricks on applying my cosmetics so as not to age me. I must say that this is the best one I've seen so far. You are fabulous! I love the products you use (I am especially partial to well curated eyeshadow palettes with good matte colours for my mature hooded eyes) and will be purchasing the Lorac Unzipped palette pronto. If I ever cut my long hair, it will be in a style similar to yours - it's a very lovely style and suits you beautifully. Thank you so much for your tutorials and for sharing - I just subscribed.

lovely eye makeup look thanks! I have given up on false eyelashes and go to a salon now and get extensions they are the new Russian Tahitian ones which are layering and feathering. They are perfect and lasting and I do not need to use mascara now but just brush them and they always look full and gorgeous. They look totally natural and no one believes that they are extensions! It is so new that not every salon does or knows how to do them. I go to a salon here in my local town and they are the only one that does it. So much quicker in the mornings to get ready for work! Will order the geek eyeshadows as they are lovely. I have the Lorac unzipped palette and use it a lot and only knew about it from your video before and your recommendation for it. Many thanks for your help and guidance. xx

I got my Kiko package today😀 Got the Ultra Tech and 8 others....had a funny 5 minutes when I found them at £3.90 on sale, and bought one of everyone inc a daily lengthen treatment and a night treatment, wear to bed one!! Also a gorgeous duo Blusher palette, delicate coral and pink,good size. Tho how im going to use 9 mascaras ive no idea!! But for £41 for all tht inc Blusher,u cant turn it down. It takes about 2 weeks to arrive,but it has come from Italy. The lorac unzipped pallette is my favourite atm too 😃. Xx

I'm sorry to hear you say that you threw the Estee Double Wear away. I love that foundation. It's not cakey at all in my opinion. Perhaps you put too much on. I put in lightly in myT zone and blend it out onto my face. It's beautiful. I like your videos about the hooded eye. It's how I found you. Oh well...Milani doesn't make in my shade. Have you tried the hourglass stick foundation? It's really wonderful!

Love that you are enjoying the Kat von D powder. You are the 3rd person to mention this. I cannot believe I've not tried it. I would have loved to see your Ride or Die faves...but I understand. Nisha I have been putting the eyelashes under my lashes instead of on top and it is soo much easier for me. I really like doing it that way better because you can't see the lash line. I know not everyone might want to try it but it really works for me and I don't have the corner popping of fall the time.

Beautiful😍 ill be savings that one. Im sure it wont look as good as yours tho. Im a bit confused tho,Laura Geller Balance and Brighten/Glow are baked foundations to be used on its own.. . Love your video's! I have to try that Milani Foundation!! I agree with you; foundations have changed so much over the years; the new formula's are good for your skin. I have that Real Techniques Powder Brush too -- wonderful brushes! Laura Mercier's mineral powder is the best!! I love Senna Cosmetics!! We like a lot of the same products, LOL

I just love the fact that you use regular make instead of that OUTRAGEOUSLY priced crap and you look so much better than the Smash Box/Ben Nye users. I am 62 and just had a facelift. OMG I look fabulous. I have NEVER heard of baking your face but it addresses all my problems so I can't wait to get some loose powder. Thanks for your videos. You are sweet and easy to watch.

Absolutely! Better Than Sex mascara has two things: a thicker formula, and an hourglass shaped brush, combined, they make for fluffy lashes. I have like 5 lashes on each eye... very thin, blonde, invisible. With just one coat of BTS, I feel like I'm doing the best for my lashes. I don't do more than one coat because it will get really clumpy due to the formula, but yeah, Fluffy volume!

Double wear is, still, one of the best foundations for oily skin. I do have oily skin and double wear is not my holy grail But I always go back to it for a long lasting oil controlling base because all the new technology foundations that look good initially does not last more than 2 hours on a really oily skin.

I have just discovered your RU-vid channel and am extremely impressed. Your make up looks absolutely stunning and I wish I could do mine like you! I'm curious to know if you still use and rave about that eye cream you said was fantastic (sorry, can't get to the page right now so can't remember what it's called) the one in the silver packaging that contains the matryxil 3000. I will be watching ALL your videos now I've discovered you. :)
