It's crazy how we are so critical of ourselves, I have been watching Kat for years and years, have seen her without makeup on 500 times and have never once noticed the vein she mentioned. Makes me think about all of the things I'm so critical about on myself. Love you Kathleen!!

Kathleen, I've already tweeted you once but I'm not sure if you saw my tweet. What I wanna say is, it already sucks that we international subscribers cannot get your products, now that Das Esspenssive is limited edition, we can NEVER get it once it sells out. Sue Xing I don't think it's anything she has control over! I've tried to order nail polish from the Sephora website before and they couldn't ship nail polish internationally because I believe nail polish is a restricted item because it's flammable! As far as I'm aware anyway

I use to ship some art items across the ocean and it took forever for the person on the other end to receive their packets, sometimes 6 weeks or more, and the import taxes are crazy in some countries'. really wonder how some people can make a living in other places of the world. You never know though, Kathleen is so young to have her own company, and so determined and has accomplished so much in such a short time that maybe one day she will be able to manufacture oversees.

Don't repurchase it return it for a fixed one you should not have to pay for another one! I like the stila metals but have you tried the maybelline eye chromes? They're 9$ and seem pretty close to the stila for the price anyway I love them 😍

Ryan Thompson call corporate. they will get it fixed for you. I work for Wal-Mart myself and we, my store at least, have always tried to find some way to get the customer what the need. seriously I never have had issues. I just really hate when people bash the company. I wouldn't have worked my butt off to become a manager if I didn't believe in the company. if you have any issues always ask for a supervisor either on the phone or in store. from experience sales aasociates don't know policy very well when it comes to returns and or exchanges. on last thing. if you do have a Wal-Mart near you have it delivered to the store. it free shipping and if anything is damaged you can immediately reject it and get a refend

Your bloopers at the end of your videos are the best ! LOL! I love these types of videos. Love love love. The skill you have with eye make up gives me inspiration to try new techniques, colors, etc. To know when to add a little highlight to the inner corner, lower lash line, outer corner, etc. I'd love to see some videos just on eye make up and techniques.

Kathleen, New York Color (NYC) is going out of business! They deleted all of their social media accounts and are removing themselves from drug stores ): You need to stock up on the NYC Smooth Skin Loose Face Powder while you can, I just ordered a bunch from Pharmapacks but I'm pretty sure you can still get it on the Walmart website and Amazon too.

I love it when you talk and explain everything. I also love how you use colors that I thought I couldn't use. I try them and I love them. My mother(rip) loved orange colors. One day I decided to use orange and did my face like she would do hers. I went to a family party and when I walked in everyone looked at me and started crying. They thought I was my mom walking threw the door. It made me happy because my mother was. A very beautiful woman. I wear it not to often because I don't want people to cry. I love the color tho!

I love these types of videos because, we're getting a true first impression. Like with the glitter shadow. They're beautiful and look amazing, but there is some fall out. It doesn't make the product itself horrible. You just have to work around it. Showing that in your video is So helpful. I personally wish you'd finish your video with an end of the day impression, to kind of finish it off, let us know if they wore well. But that's just me. I could go either way. I also love the mauve and peach. The second you mentioned that's where you were going with this, I was like YES!!! I've been obsessed with dark purple and orange copper for winter. The mauve and peach is going to be a perfect Transition into spring!

It would be so cool if you did the first impressions video at the start of the day, wore the makeup throughout the day and then came back and gave us your thoughts about it at the end of the day! I LOVE this look!! I use many coral colors, especially on my lips. I was happy to see you using these colors because pinky shades have been taking over the makeup counters!! Great job and I love your videos!
