I love your transparency about the elf primer. I used to watch a bunch of influencers on their acne journey advertise a bunch of expensive skincare but behind the scenes be working with a dermatologist or esthetician. Thanks for being transparent about what’s really healing your acne instead of using it as an marketing opportunity. It’s really refreshing!
omg yes I know what you mean! I mean there are some skincare products that definitely help maintain my clear skin but as far as stopping the root problem? that's another story lol
Sometimes I work 8-10 days in a row. I don’t do anything after work besides eat, shower, and one to two small chores. I don’t get how people have energy to do things after work either lol
Congrats on the new job - I find it takes about 3 months until you’re fully settled and know the lay of the land. I don’t get the hype for the elf CC cream - I did not care for it at all and the shades were super confusing. I don’t use too many elf products but I will have to reconsider now that they are supporting you!
I agree! 3 months is a solid amount of time to get used to the work flow and also be able to independently solve all issues that happen on the job. Right now whenever any small issues arises I'm like HELP I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOINGGG 😂🤣

Congrats on the new job!!! My son, who is 31...is a manager...very stressful job. But he manages to come home...changes...and goes and works out. I'm so envious of him. But I do school once a week...and I'm going back to the gym. Its possible to do stuff after work...its all about pushing yourself. On my next birthday, I will be 60...and I want to lose weight and be healthier. Sorry for the ramble. Go girl!!!
That's amazing for both you and your son!! I do walk my dogs and try to spend time with my husband before bed but things like exercising, filming etc I'm still finding hard to mix in. I can do it on the weekend but during the weekdays, when I get home I am DRAINED
@@IvoryCherry I can relate...I started a new job two months ago...full time...but I have to be in the area an hour before due to no parking in area..Then coming home....I have major traffic to deal with...I am drained when I come home...but this is my new normal

You should try the Pacifica Mattifying Primer Lotion w/ SPF 30! It has niacinimide and vitamin C, and it really helps control oil through the day. It’s a primer/sunscreen hybrid so I like being able to combine those steps in my routine. I’m breakout prone and haven’t had any issues with it. I think you’d love it! 😉

@@IvoryCherry haha oh thank you! The first 3 months were sooo slow. But we just checked the progress last week and it’s like BAM. We got a roof now! LOL no ceiling yet but a frame of a roof 🤣 when did it start? Like how long is the total time?
@@Gigichew haha yes it's like the beginning they're just laying down foundation and it's just a hole in the ground and all of a sudden it's a house! They started our house in Aug and they will be done by March.... Hopefully lol. It's subject to change depending on if they have enough manpower to make it in that time frame but that is the expected date of completion!

Before bed I take a shower, let my hair air dry, pack my lunch, and lay out my clothes. That ensures I can sleep as late as possible ha ha. I used to put on makeup but it comes off when I wear my mask and I live in the south so it is hot until Halloween and it just comes off anyway so I have nixed it from my daily routine and only wear it on the weekend. I find that I enjoy my makeup a lot more now.
Omg I used to lay out my clothes in hs because I would take FOREVER to pick an outfit! And at my last job I used to come in before my boss so I would bring my makeup bag and do my makeup there so I could sleep an extra 10 minutes. Every second in bed is precious!

I was working full time and now just 3 days per week, and I want to say that I didn’t figure out how tired I was till now, that I actually have time for myself 😅 All I can say do is send you my strength through here 😂 Working is so freaking exhausting 😆😆
I know how you feel! When I first started my channel I used to be able to work full time AND I filmed and edited 3-4x a week! Like HOW DID I DO THAT?! and now I'm LUCKY to film 1x a week lol

Try the elf eye putty primer it makes blending your eyes so much easier. Ps just found your channel subscribed. love your content and how honest you are and how you don't use filters.
I love your ELF reviews bc I use some of their products everyday! My fav has to be the concealer. It's very thick but that thing lasts all day, especially if you set it with powder!

yea the mascara smudged slightly, but by no means did I have panda eyes or anything lol. I'm currently using the merit mascara, and I LOVE IT! it's the only non-waterproof mascara that doesn't smudge on me!
