Today we are doing a full face of favorite makeup products so far in 2024. I will have to break these videos up into 3 parts because I did a full face of my top 3 in every category. Hopefully, this makes any sense. For example, I want to share my top 3 foundations, top 3 concealers, and so on. I also want to show them in action so you don't have to go back and reference the original video.
Hope you enjoy this series and remember, there will be other videos in between this one and Part II. I wanted to share these amazing products with you especially if you were looking into any of these products and I also want to share other parts of my life with you as well.

What a beautiful look! Everything worked so well together. You do such an excellent job; please do my makeup! I'm impressed by the foundation. Oh and as soon as I'm able to buy fun things again, I'd like to get that palette. I like that you placed the shimmer higher on the lid, that's what I have to do & love it. Please don't be jealous of me & my wx; the temp is going to be 10 below zero tonight & the winds will be at 25mph here in AK! And then we're going to be blizzardy tomorrow. Yeah, no. Thank you so much, Lena! Yes, this palent is absolutely beautiful. It's definitely my favorite from colourpop! The foundation was very hard to think of my top three. I really do have a lot of favorites! I'm definitely going to really focus on my placement of my shimmers. Whenever I added, that is always something in the back of my head, I tell myself to do and get into the moment, and forget two place it higher 🤦‍♀️mental note for sure. You poor thing with your weather, I will try not to be jealous lol. I definitely won't be complaining your way for sure! Hopefully, things will change quickly for you! Thank you so much, missy, and yes, you definitely have to try some stuff from Miss AOA, if you do end up getting the blush and bronzer, be very careful because they are super pigmented, but they do blend out beautifully XOXO 😘

I've been eyeing that Colourpop palette, the only tattoo I have is "11:11" on my ankle 😆 but I just got the Gone Matte palette and it's huge so I probably will have to wait on more Colourpop shadows. You have great taste in makeup. Not sure if you knew but another RU-vidr (Kelly Gooch) talked about the Lamora Natasha Denona dupe weeks after you found it and Lamora immediately raised the price to $15 (now it's $13) 😭 so you know you discovered a treasure. I'm glad you talk about affordable makeup and keep your eye open for dupes. Have a safe trip!

I've been seeing a lot of influencers doing videos with the dupe palette. I actually found it through one of our friends here. Hi Laura, We are having crazy weather in Missouri. One day it will be 70s the next 40s. Right now we are under a tornado watch. 😳 I also have to have a colonoscopy every 5 years now because my brother passed from colon cancer. It’s not fun but necessary. Have a wonderful time visiting your kids. I love that 11:11 palette!

Oh boy, your weather is all over the place as well! We all need some stability with the weather! It's been a crazy winter! Please stay safe and pray for your tornado watch to pass 🙏 I'm so sorry about your brother. Such a horrible disease. We had a friend pass from colon cancer as well, and it was very hard to watch. He fought so hard as I am sure your brother did. And you are so right. The procedure is definitely not fun, but it is definitely necessary and can save many lives. I'm so excited to see the kids! It seems like forever since we've seen them! We leave on Wednesday. Can't wait to share the trip with you. XOXOXO 😘

Yes. My no. 7 tubing mascara does that a lot. I just had to throw mine out because I couldn’t get it to stay where it was supposed to be.

I swear, these tubing mascaras are amazing for so many reasons, but dang, they also have their issues lol. Such a bummer when we have to throw out products because of packaging issues 😪

Wow! Your sister puts out quite a spread! My husband was impressed, too!! It all looked so delicious! Your whole look came out beautifully - no surprise! Those Phoera liners remind me of something similar I used to use a long time ago, maybe by NYX or Profusion? I have so many liners, but I want to look at their shade range. I'm interested in the LG setting spray... Oh! Have you ever tried any products by First Aid Beauty (FAB)? I like some of their skin care, but they have a primer - Coconut Smoothie Moisturizing Primer (or something like that.) I think you might like it. I'll use it as a 2 in 1 moisturize and prime, but you could def use in over a moisturizer for extra hydration. it has a little bit of shimmer, like the Catrice one you used here, or like the Rare Beauty primer, but with more moisture and a little less shimmer. Hope you have a safe trip and a fantastic time in AZ!! I think we would love to have a house tour, if it's OK with Amanda and Kurt, of course!

My sister is great at throwing beautiful parties. They also host our annual seafood boils every year. She actually has toned it down a bit, lol. She used to go way more over the top with decorations and the amount of food she would serve. lol we love that about her, though! I have not tried anything but moisturizer from FAB, but now you have me interested! You always find pretty amazing products! I will check that primer out! The LG spray is very nice. it would work really nice as a moisturizer before applying makeup as well. I am definitely planning on taking tons of pics and videos of the kids' new home. I think they would be totally fine with it. They know how I love to share with my amazing friends here. Inalsonwill be posting a lot on IG. Can't wait to share XOXO ❤️😘

Hi Laura, I love your final look as always! You have such beautiful eyelashes, mine are so puny but i have started using a lash serum in my nighttime regime and am really hoping it works. I have also ordered a Biotin vitamin and i thinkn that's for hair and nails. I can't wait for you to come back from your trip to see the kids, so you can tell us all about it. I love Colourpop, I own a few palettes from them, and when 11 11 came out, I almost bought it several times, but then I remind myself that I own way too many palettes as is, lol. I'll tell you a funny story, so today is April 1st, April Fool's Day here, i think everyone's april 1st is? Anyway, it is also Easter Monday, so my husband's work takes this as a holiday so he was off today, but I had to work today at the hospital. Anyway, he calls me just before lunch and says "I thought you weren't going to buy as much makeup this year. I just checked our email and saw an order confirmation from Amazon for 200 dollars worth of makeup!" I said, well it must've been something that I ordered a long time ago, (you see i practically live in the boonies and no lie, it sometimes takes 3 weeks to receive my amazon order and i'm prime at that! ) I said back to him, "hold on there buddy, let me check into this email before you start chewing me out" and with that he cracks up laughing and says "April Fools!" I said you little devil skin! Oh my, we had a good laugh though, and then he said I don't care what makeup you buy, whatever makes you happy darling! But i must say my makeup collection is truly getting out of hand and I am really trying hard not to purchase more - but it's sooooo hard, especially since the Sephora sale is right around the corner, I can't wait to see what you buy from it. I have the d'alba spray on order and can't wait to try it out, it sounds very bougee! I have never ordered from miss aoa, i wonder what their shipping costs are like to canada? I just may have to check them out, if they're as cheap as that! You have turned me on to the danielle kirsty channel and now i can't stop watching her true crime stories, they are so sad, but she is so captivating that I just can't stop watching. You can tell how much work and time she puts into research she has done to find out all the details. I will definitely check out the sailing channel for sure. Hi Laura!!💐 Hope you had a nice Easter!! Love this look you did💛 I got that Gerard cosmetics concealer/eyeshadow primer last year, when it arrived, I thought, wow, it's so tiny, lol, but it barely takes a small amount, doesn't it? I get frustrated when I get some dry patches around my eyelids, for me, I've noticed it sometimes happens from using retinol eye creams. I've started "sandwiching" with a more hydrating eye cream first, that seems to help. But like you said, it may be from dehydration. I learned from Emily Noel to just use a little Vanicream on it, clears it right up. I'm gonna have to get that Catrice glowy filter, looks so nice!! I love their concealer. I've never tried anything from AOA, except those paw paw sponges I find on Amazon, that I really like. Do you have an AOA store or do you get that stuff online? I have the rose color of that Givenchy powder, and even on it, the lid is tricky, lol. Anyways, hope you have a wonderful trip, wishing you safe travels!!😊

Thanks so much for the tip! I really enjoy watching Emily Noel, she is fantastic and informative! Yes, definitely. A little goes a long way with the gerard cosmetics primer!! A dab will do it! No, I do not have a miss AOA store by us. I ordered all mine online in the shipping, and it is pretty fast. Definitely give them a try, They have wonderful products. And you really can't lose for the price! I am so looking forward to seeing the kids we leave tomorrow. I probably won't sleep at all tonight lol XOXO 😘

I hated the elf halo glow. Looked horrible at the end of the day and yes I found it drying. I do however love the elf suntouchable whoa glow sunscreen. Adds that extra glow under foundation and very moisturizing.

I found it to be more drying as well, and it didn't glide over the skin. I agree! The whoa glow is the absolute best!! I think I've gone through 5 tubes already! I don't even really use primers much these days. It works amazing as an SPF and primer ❤️❤️❤️😘

Who are those people and why do you associate with them?! 😂 They have so many products that replaced my higher $$$ stuff because they are just so good and easy on the wallet. Especially mascara, lashes, and their lash glue! 💜 My only big complaints are that shipping is slow despite not even being free, and their foundation shade ranges are terrible and not inclusive which sucks because they have some great formulas. I feel sorry for people who won't try something because it's inexpensive or not brand name.

Thank you so much!! I'm so excited to give those crazy kids the biggest hug! My son gives the best hugs and I miss them so much! You poor thing, I can't even imagine going through that prep 3 times row!! I barely make it through one without turning into the biggest baby about it lol. Thank you so much for the healing prayer. That means so much! Hope your Easter was blessed as well. We went to a beautiful church service, and I watched the 10 commandments the night before. It's such a reminder of all the Lord has done for us. It's a very beautiful and special time. God bless, He has risen 🙏 😘
