Roxxi, check if the concealer says 6m or 12m anywhere on it. This means it is good for 6 or 12 months after you open it, regardless of when it was bought
I Love how you look, Beautiful. I have always been told by my eye doctor to only keep mascara for 3 months after opening or if it starts to smell funny. Love you Roxi.
I don't follow putting contour on your cheekbones instead of in the hollows under your cheekbones, and then putting highlighter on top 🤷 looks a bit off to me.
It’s because of my face shape being a heart shape. My widest point of my face are my cheekbones, so I don’t want to enhance them even more by contouring underneath, think that would look rather silly 😅
Usually the “Expiration Date” is basically shelf life. That means the substances/chemicals in it will deteriorate around/after that date, no matter what. Up to that date they tolerate and neutralize bacteria/usage, so no matter if used or not, the date stays the same. OF COURSE - as we all know - they often can be used beyond & especially keeping them in a fridge tremendously prolongs lifespan. Fun & entertaining video as always from you! Best wishes ❤
I found a chart: Nail polish: 2 years Powder foundations and eye shadow: 2years Liquid foundation and concealer: 6 to 12 months Lipstick, lip pencil, eyeliner pencil and eyebrow gel: 1 year Blush, bronzer and face creams: 1 year Lip gloss: 3-6 months Mascara and blending sponges: 3 months Moisturizers, eye creams and serums: 2 years
@@chanmi1957 Don’t forget: Charts are an average (from the time it was created), and not applicable for all brands etc. Especially “clean” makeup nowadays is extremely critical, because they try not to use preservatives, although preservatives are nothing negative. Best wishes
If product don't have "Expiration day" look for a picture on a container ( like cream one) with number in it usually 6 or 12 . That means you can use it up to the number of months is written on it after opening. Of course if it has been sitting unopen for like few years in the bottom of drawer , i wouldn't use it more than like 1 time, because the chemicals in it still was working, and once is being exposed to air the process speed up.
