oh wow... im an thrifty shopper and sephora well ive never been lol...yes im 54 and nevr been but i want too be clear and state that i did not know that i had a joy peace and love of makeup until the ripe age of 51 which is when i watched my 1st beauty YT video and now well wow i have a collection but on a budget so winners is fun...lol.. love you ang come and visit niagara falls canada lol you ll love it....esp us on the canadian side haha we have tons and tons of wineries ...love you

@@Daanis99 Isn’t it interesting that some of us don’t catch the makeup “addiction “ until we are older? Mine was 3 years ago at 72, but Covid kicked it into high gear. Order online and play with makeup while stuck inside.😂 I had used Sephora years ago for some odds and ends plus skin care, but have never tried their in-house products. Seeing Angie do this has made me consider trying.

Their baked powder is bomb, as you saw. I’ve not tried their eyeshadow because I have so many palettes. Great videos from you and Heather!!!

I think Sephora collection is so underrated! I have loved almost everything I have tried from them. My favorites are their waterproof eyeliners and their sheet masks, especially the watermelon after sun mask.

You had so many great recommendations! Since this video was about the Sephora Collection, you may want to check out some of my new favorite shadow singles that rival high end finishes. They are SEPHORA COLLECTION Colorful Eyeshadow - 297 Choco Excess, 12 Glitter Fever, and 08 Shock Choc. They give a gorgeous, complex shimmery finish. I got the recommendation originally from Amanda Z's channel and she has a video where you can see 08 and 297 swatched. Thanks for sharing and have fun shopping!

Yes!! These eyeliners are great. I have 5 different matte colors, including the lime green. They stand up to 12 hrs under safety glasses at work. Have more in my cart now for the sale!

LMAO your reaction to one of your fur babies making the loud noise was priceless. My cat is still with us for now. She is expensive. The place we brought her to was saying she is healthy then was going to give her Gabapentin. I took it for years before my Lyrica for my nerve pain. I told Cliff to get her out now and bring my baby home. She is up some days and down others. We are still going to be as humanely as possible. We have to wait as she has cost 600$ so far. Only because we want the best for her. At least she got a whole can of wet food she loves. LOL This is so taxing emotionally. Caring for a Senior cat is more expensive than we are and so much pee and we'll...poop shoot stuff🤢💩. IDK . It is not soft serve yogurt or ice cream. 🤢🤣 (Dead Pool line! Hahaha)

The final look was amazing! I think part of the reason you were so surprised is because traditionally in house brands aren’t as good as other brands. I think that becoming less common today but there’s still a misconception that that’s true. Also I would love something similar to this with the Ulta in house brand! They tend to have a lot of sales/specials for their brand as well.

they definitely have some nice products, I feel like everyone forgets about sephora collection. they have a great formula for their liquid lipsticks and their liquid liners are nice. I want to try the foundation, it sounds like something I'd really enjoy. I haven't had luck with their shadow so far, but theres lots of other brands out there for eyeshadow

The only thing i would buy would be the eyeliner and the multi stick...AND THEY DON'T SELL THEM IN SPAIN! Actually I have 4 multi sticks from back in the day when they first released them. A shamrock metallic green, metallic aubergine, matte black and a hot glittery pink that's actually for lips! it's like a gloss in a stick form...idk why they discontinued them TT_TT

Great video! I would agree with all of your picks. I worked for Sephora, and I agree the Sephora collection products are excellent. Also if you get a chance to try the brushes, they are fantastic. There is a Sephora Rouge Laquer long-wearing lipsticks are exactly like the makeup by Mario lip plumping lip serums that are all sold out. Except they don’t plump but they have the same finish.

Ooh! The Sephora Lipstories Lipbalm looks like it comes in a similar component to the Physician’s Formula Murumuru Butter Lip Cream which is is to die for! Super buttery/hydrating with a light touch of colour. I wonder if it’s similar to the Sephora one? Wish Sephora would grow up and let the UK live our best lives 😅 I simply can’t afford to travel enough to meet my Sephora needs 😂

Clio needs to bring that flat brush back. As far as I can tell from watching a million years of your videos, it's the brush you use most for multichromes and metallics, as well as cut creases. It they brought it back, I would buy 5 (because I can be lazy about washing eye brushes.

Their special effects single eyeshadows that are listed under "metallics", esp the one in "to the moon and back" - JUST try it.. ok, just try.. trust me. It lives in my makeup bag full time now. It looks like liquid metal!! I got your palette!! I can NOT WAIT to get my hands on it and dig in!! Omg. I just saw SMITHY SONY do a tag called the Eyeshadow Palette Tag-COLOR EDITION. would you be able to do this tag? I would LOVE to see what palettes you would pick. She picks a palette for each color including peach and berry. Also her most fav neutral, cool, warm and colorful palettes. And finally best formula. It’s so much fun to watch 😊❤️💄

Wow, you created an absolutely gorgeous look! I also love the Lip Stories line and would like to try a few more. Sephora does have gel lip liners but I don’t know if they are specifically within the Lip Stories line. I have a nude one that goes perfect with Tan Lines!! Your eyes look AAAAmazing & the shades suit your complexion so well! Watching you “extract” the blush from the tube made me giggle! They also have single powder bronzers, blushes, contour & highlight,($14) as well as lashes, ($10). They have face palettes as well! I’m interested in picking up the concealer because your under eyes look so perfected & airbrushed! Thank you so much for sharing these products with us. You truly look beautiful and I bet the people at the Container Store were drooling all over themselves. LOL 😂

I've tried a few different Salicylic Acid concealers, and it's kinda the same thing with products with SPF or Hyaluronic Acid... it shouldn't be used to replace these steps in your routine because there just simply isn't enough of that product to really do anything. But it's hard, because salicylic acid can be drying, or if you use a treatment under makeup and it hasn't settled into the skin, your makeup will pill.

Could you do a full face of Ulta brand as well? And then compare them. I'm always curious if Sephora brand is better than Ulta or if you only hear about Sephora because it's the cheapest brand at Sephora whereas Ulta has cheaper drugstore brands

I can’t wait to go back to Sephora to buy more of those satin lips. They’re perfect (yes I said that) The foundation is great, just wish it came lighter. Their lightest (pink undertone) is just a bit dark.

I def have Hot in Havana in my cart for the sale. I've been wanting it for ages. Orange is my second favorite lip color (and number one cheek color). And I added some of the balms too. Plus I found a banger of a fuchsia shade. Oh man Suqqu has a liquid shimmer blush called hot orange. It's like the exact shade of our supershock dreams. But sadly Suqqu is not at Sephora brand prices. I keep hoping someone will dupe it, but they always want to lean into coral. This is a true orange, with a slight yellow lean. I think its the best liquid blush I've ever used.

Ohhh that eye liner looks great! Always on the hunt for fun colored eyeliners that show up well! I would love to see a video about all of the ones you got and which you think is worth it and which sucks. On a completely different note I'm so excited for a couple of orders I placed last night. Not only was I able to place my order for the Hela palette but lookfantastic had only 1 Natasha Denona eye shadow base in light left which I was able to snatch.
