I find funnily endearing how Tati uses every opportunity to mention (out of context) that her sister is a nurse as if she was saying that her sister is the president of the country or something...I've noticed this in couple of different videos and she always sounds so proud! I take it being a nurse stands high in Tati's good books. Well,I'm a nurse too so here's a shout out to all the nurses out there watching this channel. Nurse is not just a job, it's a vocation - keep it up,ladies!

I’m just so tired of Tati getting flack for literally every insignificant thing in her life. She’s such a huge personality in the beauty community and she helps people in so many different ways. She gives makeup to her family, she donates 90% of the makeup that circulates through her beauty room to charity, she does huge giveaways to subscribers, not to mention she works her butt off to be the most thorough, in-depth beauty reviewer on the internet. She gets more hate for random stuff than anyone I’ve ever seen, and she’s one of the best, kindest, most insanely hard-working people on RU-vid. that seems so backwards to me. I wish she were treated the way she deserved for what she contributes to the community. She’s in a league of her own in the way that she has a method of reviewing professionally, and how absolutely in depth she is when reviewing products and the amount of product that she reviews. She reviews the most product by far out of anyone. PLEASE BE NICE TO TATI. Me and the rest of her loyal subscribers don’t want to lose her.

In case that topic interests you, Jen Loves Reviews does talk about the ingredients on her reviews. And Elle Leary Artistry also does, but more directed towards skincare and clean besuty both are great channels. Highly recommend. And also, if you want information online about certain ingridient, EWG website is great, they rate hazard and many other things. Also Truth in aging and Cosmetics info org are a great source and I search on all of them because they complement each other. Hope it helps.

I do just want to comment on people who shame others, please stop. keep your thoughts to yourself if its negative. I left the house for the first time 6 months ago after my son passed away and someone shamed me, and I broke down in tears, I couldn't even wait until I got back to my car and I was sobbing crying with this lady who was now in complete shock. I went home, and didn't leave my house for another few weeks, until my family and husband forced me too. Just be kind to one another please.. you don't know what people are going through...

I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my son years ago. People can really be thoughtless and inconsiderate sometimes. You will never get over it but each day will get a little easier. In the beginning I had a lot of bad days but gradually I had less bad days and more good days. Eventually I only had a bad day every once and a while. My thoughts and prayers are with you ❤️

I use about 3 for my eyeshadow and I use a microfiber cloth to clean them in between colors, it is a lot cheaper than one of those color switch things and I can toss it in the washer to clean it so it makes clean up a breeze. I don't think it is really necessary to have a million brushes as long as you have some that work well for you, you can just use them for multiple things.

@@victorianmansion8986 there was a video of a girl I used to be subscribed to where she returned $170 of makeup (her initial haul was like $240) she had bought just to make a video about it. Then she returned it to Wahlgreens and filmed herself doing so. I find it extremely wasteful and undignified abusing the right to return stuff that didn't work for you like this.

I appreciate how you recently started listing and discussing ingredients in make-up! It's very useful to me. Please talk more about this. And I think it would be great if you gave some information about other make-up channels who speak more about chemistry and process of making cosmetics. Personally, I have oily acne prone skin and by studying indredients I figured out oils that I can't use, that make me break out or make my skin more oily etc. Great video btw :)

I’m always amazed that people think they’re free to say whatever pops into their heads. Fact is, you don’t have to explain yourself to anyone. When people pull this on me I turn it back on them. In your encounter I would have said “and your point is?” and answer every remark with as pointed a question as possible. They catch on real quick

If you don't put makeup often, maybe but I know no one that uses same concealer, foundation, mascara the whole year. And dry products go expire after way longer time than it is on packaging

Tati, I just wanted to say that I recently started watching your videos and I have managed to watch a ton of different videos through your channel, I just wanted to say thank you so much because watching you has given me the inspiration to start doing my makeup once in awhile again I’ve been diagnosed with depression and sometimes stuff like makeup takes a backseat but you have reminded me how important fitting in time to self care through makeup is, thank you so much, keep being exactly who you are because that is why watching your videos is so amazing

I love that you don't just rely on PR (I know some people need to if they aren't financially able to purchase a lot themselves, but it is nice that you purchase stuff if you are able to). I've been watching samantha's channel and have loved what she's said about pr. not just about the waste but also the sense of what money is. even with things like shipping, duty, etc. I just feel like when you're purchasing it yourself, it reminds people how much things actually cost, what the shopping/customer service experience is, if you have to pay shipping or not, etc. 😊

I always love the little stocking stuffer makeup that comes out for Christmas and stock up on items to be my designated purse makeup. It’s great especially if you go to special events often they fit so much nicer into a clutch.
