@@raissagorziza Loreal sells skin bleaching products in Asia. A RU-vidr called Ancy Twincle lives in Dubai and did a video showing brands in the store that sells those things. Yet they sponser Black creators and have wide foundation rages in the west. Disgusting brand.

Patrick, I love you, but how are you defining "unproblematic"?? L'Oreal, which owns Lancome, and Mac, just to name a few brands you used, are both linked to mica mining in India that exploits child labor. On top of that, neither is cruelty free since they sell directly in mainland China, where animal testing is required by law for imported products. I mean, of course it'd be really difficult to avoid these brands altogether, but just. Don't involve them in a video meant to feature "unproblematic" brands? Don't say they're something they're not

"Unproblematic brands... ...to me." Girl. That's not how it works. If it doesn't affect you personally it doesn't mean that injustices to others doesn't happen. :( And now I'm not sure what to think of O/S Beauty. MAC has been firing their longest employed MUAs just so they can hire new workers so they can pay them entry level pay vs. the paying the OG MUAs well deserved higher pay. People have been cancelling MAC because they treat their artists bad and think they're disposable. And as a WOC I'm a little disappointed you still use beauty blender since you are of color too... or is it because beauty blender had your shade of foundation??? Because A LOT of us got Orange shades. You can't pick and choose brands you think are "unproblematic" because you weren't affected. Damn, Patrick.

Beauty blender fixed their shades later on though I'm pretty sure the first launch was just for shock value. I think Patrick meant that brands that he perceived as non problematic. Personally I think that Beauty Blender had the later released shades all ready to go from the very beginning but only did all that for a publicity stunt. I respect your opinion btw and do agree with you

Unproblematic concealer: Cinema Secrets. It's their cream foundation. Inclusive and *flattering* skin tone range, works on a variety of skin types, can be thinned out for lighter coverage. Hands down! Unproblematic eyeshadows: Sydney Grace. Gorgeous. Their pastel matte shades WORK on tan skin. We love to see it. Unproblematic skincare: Cerave. I am a Paula's Choice devotee for much of my routine but they've done some shady stuff in the past. The quality and overall ethos outweigh the problems for me, though.

U should try Drenched Cosmetics and Opalescent Beauty, both black owned and amazing and unproblematic. I love the whole message that one size fits all, but technically it doesn’t because u don’t ship to the UK 😩😩 my 39 year old ass would die if I was ever in a campaign 😂😂 I don’t know if she’s problematic but Charlotte Tilbury, her concealer is bomb, it’s like liquid latex for the under eye

I love revolution conceal and hydrate concealer. I’m 41 plus I have saggy eye skin so I apply it like Robert Welsh says (I hope he’s on your pr list). But you can slap that concealer on and it has mega coverage. Love your range, it’s going to be on my Christmas list. Lots of love from one badass plus size biatch to another xxx

Please re think whats problematic and whats not as this literally came across as a PR stunt and click bait rather then actual fact (including with some of these brands testing on animals, and others like "tart" cough cough.. having the grosses shades scandal. I guess I'm just trying to say I'm just simply disappointing in this x

#unproblematic #smallinfluencer and that's me! What brought me here is when I watched Judy of #itsjudyslife and saw your product. It looks something that I would want to try for the first time. I have never premiered any beauty product in my small channel but I would want to have your ONE SIZE FITS ALL products. It would be nice to show them to other Filipino community. Absolutely love your message. All the problems and drama in the beauty community, I'm sick and tired of it. It's like school - the popular kids/bullies against each other and the weak. The beauty community should be a thriving, harmonious brother-sisterhood where we all uplift and help each other. I love the fact that you're not getting involved in any of it. It's just too much by now in the current situation the world is in.

Coloured Raine is an awesome indie brand that I have tried and loved. From what I understand lethal cosmetics and melt are also really good I indie brands. I love Patrick and I am planning on eventually buying his pallet As a side note and plug to myself, if anyone would be willing to subscribe to my channel I would greatly appreciate. I make makeup and some commentary videos as well as rants and when I do my makeup videos it's quite interesting as I am also visually impaired.
