8 HOUR WEAR TEST Ogee Complexion Stick - I am so surprised at how well this wore. It somehow became more satin and less dewy as the day went on, truly unique in that way for a stick foundation. I feel like I still need to test it more to see if this was a fluke because I’m still so surprised. It didn’t sink into pores or break up throughout the day. That said, I still wish this had a bit more coverage to make it more versatile. Ogee Golden Contour Sticks - So stunning and again, somehow became less dewy and shiny over time. Did not break up. Some minor fading with the highlighter, but that’s to be expected with such a sheer cheek product. But I was really pleased with how this wore. Charlotte Tilbury Eyes to Mesmerize Oyster Pearl - This is not a new formula for me, so I knew it would wear nicely with some minor creasing by the end of the day. I have very oily eyelids so I knew to expect this, but it doesn’t bother me. If I had used an eye primer there would have been less creasing. What’s Up Beauty Mascara - This mascara broke my heart. I had such high hopes! It applies beautifully and I love everything about the lash look it creates. Unfortunately it smudges on me. I’ve tried it a few times with a powder eyeshadow, no eyeshadow, etc. but to no avail. Going to have to let this one go. Makeup by Mario SuperSatin Lipsticks - So lovely and pigmented. The cream sheen does wear off after an hour or two and the finish becomes more of a natural satin. Very comfortable on the lips. I will say that I wish there were some more brown-toned And mid-tone nudes in this line. The light nudes are not the most unflattering on me even with a lip liner and can gather in a ring around the lips because of the amount of white pigment in them. They wear comfortably for a couple of hours but do need a retouch after eating or drinking.

I don't understand how you have only 14,000 subs. You put so much work into your product reviews and explain all the little nuances of the products as well. I appreciate what you do Bekah! BTW, I loved seeing Smidge and forgot about those stunning yellow eyes.

It’s interesting how we’re two completely different skin tones, but your Makeup Mario lipstick standouts were also Dumbo and Nolita! On me, those shades are more subtle for everyday. I put down Flatiron at the last minute because I was concerned about how the shade would settle on my lip lines. I didn’t think a dark brown lip liner could save it. But I still bought six shades, so this release is a win!

That’s super interesting! I wonder if it’s because these are the shades in the range with the warmest undertones. I’m finding that so many of the shades lean cool and I just naturally gravitate toward warmer undertones.

Darn the lipsticks looked absolutely amazing on you but i couldnt find a single shade that i would be inclined to wear. To be fair i cant pay makeup by mario prices bc broke college student but it still would have been fun.

Hi Bekah! Loved the Mario lipsticks in Dumbo and Nolita on you -- I've been eyeing Nolita for myself in fact, I have it in my perpetual Sephora basket atm along with Bobby Brown Telluride, another influencer (Lipstick Gal) pick. Don't really need more lipstick right now but some shades are just too perfect to ignore. Thank you for lip swatching all of the Mario shades, I know it was tough.

Telluride is beautiful as are all the BB lippies in this range. Lilac is another shade in the range that is a great everyday shade.
