And girl, I hear you on that whole drugstore vs. high-end makeup thing. Regardless of what my income has been like in the past, my skincare/ makeup collection has always been predominantly drugstore/ affordable. I really believe you can get it done on a budget, particularly where the same companies own most of these brands. I think a lot of times it's more about technique. I really only splurge on makeup if I see something that's really standout and unique that I can't find in the drugstore.
Omg, I'm glad you brought up the whole skincare thing as well. I've seen so many people saying they'll only use high-end (nearly 100+$) skincare products because they're "better". Girl, I use budget friendly, Fourth Ray Beauty, has been my go to atm, and I use the simplest system. Double cleanser, maybe a toner if I need it, then moisturizer. And my skin looks amazing compared to what it used to.
So I especially love this video on flower beauty products because I suffer from post acne scarring, and every video that I watch to conceal scarring, hyper pigmentation, or darkness which ever you want to call it always says Matte Matte Matte! no dew, no shine, no highlight, it’ll accentuate the texture and coverage. And your description of the powder leaving the face skin like and dewy, but giving you the sense of security that it’s covered and set, I’M SOLD 🙌🏼👏🏼💕 thankyou thankyou 🙏🏼

After watching this video the first time, I went and ordered some Flower Beauty Products. OMG! Wow! I Love, Love, Love this foundation, concealer and blush I purchased! I also love the fact it's cruelty free. I've been on the hunt for all cruelty free makeup. I don't need little fur babies to lose their lives over trying to make me look pretty. I think everyone did that. Tried a product or two and wasn’t impressed. They have definitely improved, and that packaging! I have now bought the sponge, foundation, concealer, lipsticks, blushes, highlighting pallete and warrior mascara. All are awesome! I was blown away with the highlighting pallete.
I was always so iffy about Flower Beauty products and never tried until you started doing tutorials with them ! Now I’m all about it Lol So thank you for trying them out 😉

You are SO right that drugstore products CAN be just as good as high end. I think a lot of times the thing that's actually "better" on higher end brands, is the color selection (with foundations, for instance, and lipsticks, there are often more complex colors). But formula or ingredients-wise -- yeah, they are usually the same!
How do you not have more followers? SUCH thorough reviews, so much product diversity, such a soothing voice, and absolutely stunning!
