This combat league deserves more attention. As a martial artist and a fan of combat sports from classic boxing to UFC I am 100 percent on board with Karate Combat.
He must be so frustrated that he hadn't worked on his cardio more considering he won the first 2 rounds. As the saying goes "You live and you learn" so I'm sure he'll work on that.
What's with all the paid pretty women round the outside of the pit cheering at random intervals? Surely having martial arts enthusiasts on the front row would make for a better atmosphere as they know what they are watching.
I am happy to see a fellow Louisiana native represent home sweet home. Show 'em we do it down south. I also like how they have limited ground fighting to takedowns and sweeps as prolonged ground fighting can make a match drag out. Awesome strikes in Karate Combat.
I want to see some ufc guys like Wonderboy Thompson, Tim Means,, Michel Pereira, Jordan Mein, heck even Alex Bruce Leeroy Caceres if they have that low of weight classes!
Yes your so right. They should send out invitations to different Karate Clubs and the students would know what there looking for ! I'm sure these top fighters would appreciate the karate Club Students being there !

Kickboxing is 10 ounce boxing gloves , no takedowns , no following opponents to the ground, knock downs get the 8 count , no sweeps unless it’s Muay Thai along with elbows , just to name a few . If you wanna see high level kicking boxing look up niecky holtzkein fights in glory . You will see right away the massive skill gap in just boxing there to here . These guys would get slept badly in a promotion like glory because of their hands being so badly developed , they don’t have the basic fundamentals that even kick boxers (who usually still have pretty trash hands from a striking perspective) had to develop just to be able to survive let alone thrive at the elite level .
