When I saw the thumbnail for this video, I honestly thought the pic had been doctored - there’s no way those ladies were THAT bloody. I was so wrong about that!

Shout out to both of these ladies bloody good fight.

Regardless of who technically "won" this fight, both these ladies demonstrated incredible spirit and determination to give it their absolute best, no matter what. Much respect, and they showed each other much respect, big kudos for that.

Hmmm actually, with so much blood, at some point you even begin to wonder whether it is a mandatory procedure to pass blood tests before fights... otherwise it would be very easy to transmit a lot of things 😅

The girl that got cut won the 2nd, 4th, and 5th rounds by 1 point each. The one they gave it to won the 1rst and 3rd by one point each.

What's the deal with no sound for over 2 mins at the end of the fight from 30:30 to 33:21 wish I knew what was said

in many of boxing bouts in men's boxing this fight would have been stopped after a bad cut! Shame on the sport and the doctor that needs to protect the fighters! Lisa is very courageous, but it is not worth being seriouly hurt!

I thought Verzosa won, but it's hard to deny that Stoliarenko did major damage with those elbows. I wish that Verzosa would have adjusted her style and displayed more urgency to win. I thought Stoliarenko changed up her game and even though she isn't a very technical fighter, I really appreciated her effort and her urgency was more apparent. It was a good call.

I don't like MMA really because of the ground game, however the Women are more agile than Men and can make it a decent ground game battle.

Bad call. Unfortunate the judges counted the one bad cut as a win. Other than the 1st round Stoliarenko lost every round.

Honestly, Verzosa deserved to lose. When Stollarenko bent over to get her mouth piece, Verzosa should have punted her face like it was a football. - Terrible thing to say, I know, but if the Ref doesn't say stop, the fighter oughtn't stop. I suppose it was too surprising and Verzosa missed her moment(s).
