Is it just me or are some of those coaches dumb for micromanaging every single move they are about to make, the other fighter knows what’s coming and can also hear it, instead of just giving general advice.

I don't know I would say the woman that missed her weight by 6 pounds is at a disadvantage due to the day of the weigh-in she was probably doing everything to lose the last 6 pounds so she's in a weakened state
