I love Fiesta. People in the neighborhood invites even a total stranger to have a meal in their house. Yep I used to go to every house in our barangay and do one tagay per house! I'd be loaded drunk by the time I reach the end of the block. So fun! Enjoy!

Wow, the fam you visited is not shy to go out of thier normal behave when drunk even they have foreign visitor that's means your now an extended family. That's what I like in fiesta family gather and eat also drink a lot and enjoy. 😊 Our fam gathering is in next level though. When we're drunk, We make our place like a club. We dance and sing together even just using karaoke and someone will act as DJ and mix party music so all of us will dance, sing and party till dawn. Hehe
The owner and head of family "Osing" brought us out a table and fancy tablecloth, we felt so honored to be there! Cheers Legend and we will see you very soon on our next trip to Negros!
Like this in the philippines if there is fiesta in the province they try to invite you and eat after all eatinng its karaoke time and celebrate the fiesta with wine or rum.
Thats also the fiesta we have in Samar. Usually fiesta is 2 days. On the 2nd day is eating day hehehe. Thats the time everybody is welcome to eat in thier house during the day then in the evening is the Feista Dance Party in auditotium where the locals and the invited go to dance the whole night. Now adays in Samar fiesta sometime is celebrates 4 to 5 days of fun. Welcome and enjoy the island fiesta here in my humble Philippines.🇵🇭🏝️👍
After lunch beer or tanduay pahilis. Dont go home yet there's still dessert and snacks in the afternoon with delicacy and coffee. And stay up to diner. Lol
During fiesta you can go to different houses to eat, one after another as long as you know someone there, they will welcome you with their prepared food.
where is the roast pig dipping sauce? the best one is made of liver and other things and has that sweet and slightly vinegary taste. that fruit salad she has is good specially with Phili cream cheese and condensed milk.
Fiestas in the country especially in the provinces are picture of Filipino hospitality at it s best, we would even go to the extent of borrrowing money or bury ourselves in debt just to have something to feast on.
fiesta hospitalities only in bohol, everybody could eat even you are not known by the houseowners,however during fiesta families and relatives neither from abroad nor local will come home for just for fiesta.

NO NO NO, they tried 3 times but we are raised different and we always try to allow elders and children to eat 1st before we do.. SO its a cross cutural thing.. But Ate did try to get us to eat 1st.. and we basically did.. No worries. it was all love!
Dagan is a cheek person he loves the cheek meat and i like the rib meat. I am not a skin person per say but Dagan loves to fry the skin! He makes a chili garlic sauce to put over it!
