I didn't even make it all the way through this flip through and I had to pause it to go pre-order this book! I absolutely adore this book! It might just be my favorite Hanna book so far!!! I can't wait to see other people's finished pages and I can't wait to get my copy and dive in! I think I'm gonna need at least 2 copies of this book because I have so many ideas and I'm so inspired!!!!

I just keep watching this flipthrough. I pre-ordered my Dutch edition that will be released on the 15th of February 2024. The paper in this editions are MARVELOUS! Can't wait to have it. I think I wanna finish this book at some point.

I wasn't a big Hanna Karlzon fan back when she was doing books that had a lot of gems and beetles and mushrooms. Now with these several last books where she's done wider themes I've begun to appreciate her art more.

I love Hannah's books, this one will definitely will be added to my collection in the near future, it is absolutely stunning again. I love seahorses and mermaids, I can't wait to see what you will create in this beautiful book, have lots of joy coloring in it dear Lucy 🥰💜

Hanna Karlzon has a gift. She always gives us her own style but usually goes for other paths. Loved the book its very luxurious . Reminds me a bit of art noveau because of the frames and embelishments. Pre ordered on the amazon because here in my country the alternatives are much more expensive. thanks for the review Lucy!

HIya you sound so happy which is always good. I think i must be the only one, but although i can admire the skilfully drawn line work i'm afraid that i just cant get on board with these books. Guess its horses for courses i know there are some fantastic colourists that can make these pages pop and well done to you all. Look forward to seeing all you new videos. take care

When you were exclaiming on the "new book smell" I swear I could smell it as well! This is a lovely surprising new subject matter for H.K.'s books. Thank you for sharing. In the USA, I had just Pre-ordered thru Amazon which has a release date of Jan 24th, 2024! I am going to look overseas for quicker options.

Imusic ships to the US, if you really didn’t want to wait. They shipped quickly and last I checked, my copy is set to be delivered on Friday. 😊

@@QueenofFlannelColors Yea I was going to order it from there but I checked and it was going to cost a lot for shipping and I just spent $130 on my hubby's debit card less than a week ago on some coloring books and supplies, so I just figured I'd pre-order it on Amazon because I didn't want to push my luck lol! But I'm going to talk to my hubby about it because he spoils me so most likely he will tell me to go ahead and order it. And I already have it pre-ordered on Amazon so I'll get a second copy in January! That will be a win/win situation lol!

I wasn't a fan of her previous books (too many full scenes and hairy creatures), but this gorgous! Love the art nuveau and antique roman inspirations, the ruins, the frames.

I really like this new size and style of her books. They look lovely and the artwork seems to sit very well in them. I have Tales from the Witch's Cottage and Tales from the Forest. I will have to get this one as I love books of the sea. The shell is a Nautilus shell and there's a lovely one in Rita Birman's The World Under the Sea book.

I like her older books more. The illustrations of this book are gorgeous but I don’t like the format. You can’t break the spine far enough to color what is in it. It’s a shame especially for double pages.
