Im not someone who buys more than one edition of books, but i have made a huge exception for HP. I collect these and the Jim Kay illustrated ones simply because they are so stunning. I think the Mina Lima editions are my favourite though - even the size of the books is bordering on perfect. I love that they are textured too. The details in both versions are amazing, unique and worthy of collecting.

I'll buy the minalima collection when they are all done. I'm still a bit depressed that my Jim Kay collection will never be complete. Jim Kay retired. They can get another illustrator but it won't be the same with the other 5.

Minalima really brought it with this edition. It’s a think one and so many amazing interactive things within. I’m getting one for my granddaughter for Christmas and I know she will love it.

I'm so stinkin' excited for this! I sure hope they continue and don't have plans of stopping. These are just so beautiful and fun! Im looking at you flip through a bit and then just listening to the rest to not spoil the drawings too much. Definitely worth the wait to read for my first time!

I cried when mine arrived in the mail 😂. I've been so excited. MinaLima did amazing, they always do. These editions are just so magical. Now for the long wait for Goblet of Fire. My favorite book and movie.

Got mine 2 days ago. Such a stunning book just like the others. The Patronus scene at the lake and the marauders map were my favourite pages but so many great interactive pages. Can't imagine how big the Goblet of Fire is going to be. Maybe they will have to split into 2 volumes? Great flick-through video. Thanks Peter.

I received mine yesterday too!! It was a little surprise from past me! Cause I pre-ordered a few months ago and I totally forgot about it lol. The book is absolutely gorgeous! I especially LOVE the map, time turner and patronus pages. Absolutely gorgeous.

They haven't translated these to Estonian yet, so we're enjoying Jim Kay illustrated books so far, but will probably purchace these as well if they translate them. I have 3 daughters who are all potterheads and are all into art as well. So having their favourite book that is also art is a must-have in this household.

A while back, I shared on discord that I pre-ordered the MinaLima Azkaban book, I was immediately just assaulted verbally by a person I never talked to, I was accused of his sister outing him as trans and ultimately named a threat to him... and we don't even share the same continent. Crazy how this is now the story I associate with the book 😅

I got mine Monday from Mina Lima, it looks amazing, signed by the illustrators. Unfortunately I haven’t opened any of the Mina Lima books that I’ve gotten so I don’t break the spine. But I’m impatiently waiting for Goblet of Fire which will probably take two years with how big it is but it’s my fave book.

I pre-ordered MONTHS ago. And was so excited as October got closer, but I got a notification the other day saying it was going to be delayed. So no idea when I’ll get now… but I’m so excited for it!! I really hope they do all 7 Books! My son is 5 1/2 now and starting to really get into Harry Potter. So these are perfect to start reading them to him over the next few years. A chapter here and there. 🥰😊

Why does Hermione have black hair in this book? She's not blackhaired! She has long brown bushy hair. Not short bushy black hair! I'm so disappointed and very annoyed the illustrations aren't true to the book. It's even worse then how they totally butchered the 5th HP-movie (that movie is so bad in comparison with the book). :(

At 14:58, that was actually the part where Snape NEARLY killed Neville's toad Trevor all because he messed up. Which is obvious by the illustration of Trevor reverting back to a tadpole before Hermione put a stop to the whole thing. Definitely one of Snape's worst moments that shocked me and yell out "That's not okay!!😧" the first time I read it, and made me feel mixed on Snape's character, he's the definition of "I hate you, but i love you, but i hate you.." and made me mixed on him too.
