The Warriors recorded their league-leading 6th game with 140+ points as they defeated the Spurs tonight in Oakland by a final score of 141-102. Klay Thompson led all scorers with 26 points (11-13 FG, 4-5 3pt FG), along with 6 assists for the Warriors, while Kevin Durant added 23 points (9-13 FG, 3-4 3pt FG), along with 8 rebounds and 9 assists in the victory. The Warriors recorded 42 assists, the most in a game by any team this season (including a franchise-record 16 in the 3rd quarter). This is only the 4th time any team has tallied 40+ assists this season (GSW twice, PHI and WAS once). Patty Mills led the Spurs with 16 points (6-10 FG) and 4 assists in the losing effort. With the win, the Warriors improve to 38-15, while the Spurs fall to 32-24 on the season.

There’s one thing I’ve always hated is when the announcers start an unrelated conversation but when something happens they are like oh yeah look at that 3. That’s really I just watch over the warriors through Twitter mostly because I live in Florida so unless they in TNT or ESPN like tonight I can’t watch them anyways. But also I hate the announcers and so many commercials.
