In these matches, we tried out a completely overkill build with 4 perks and 1 add-on all geared towards providing information about generators. It was surprisingly not too awful! Watch live: / otzdarva Join our community: / discord
Otz: deliberately goes out of his way to not tunnel, camp, and play fairly. Survivors: oMg StOp TuNnElInG uR sO tRaSh Like wtf otz is the most humble and funniest streamer out there I can not comprehend this level of salt
Not to mention he occasionally, as long as the survivors aren't toxic by all bringing flashlights or tool box gen rushing, gives the last guy the hatch. Honestly i hope to run into him as survivor, just b/c he's nice and good at the game.
@@Lylybeebee ah but you see, he punished a survivor for unhooking directly in front of him, which is clearly unfair and he should just respect it and let them win because otherwise he's a bad player. Or something, not really sure I followed their logic.
So we have a new addendum to the 987 survivor rules for fun killer gameplay: killers shall not hit survivors during the unhook animation. Killers shall henceforth never be allowed to punish survivors for shitty, unsafe plays. Because it hurts survivor feelings when they lose.
This is true but notice the one who is salty isn't even the nancy it was a Nea whose only down was when she got hit by Otz while he was carrying another survivor lol
Whenever I’m playing survivor, and I’m facing a legion, I always get pissed at teammates coming to work on my gen. I try to get out as fast as possible, but it’s always Omae wa mou shindeiru.
imagine if someone with a dbd mindset played call of duty or something like that. i can imagine: oh my god you actually stayed at B during King of the Hill? You're gaaaarbage! You used such op attachments. Why are you using that op gun?
Actually people do whine in COD. I remember MW2 people called players using grenade launcher attatchments "noob-tubers" because it required less aim to use grenades.
@bony bitch people complain in smash too. Go look up when bayonetta was announced, you'll hear people saying nerf her. Then hero comes in with instant kill moves anyways lol.
@bony bitch I don't care if people complain, just pointing out that people do. Personally I wouldn't mind if they joined the smash community, could always enjoy more controller destroyer montages lol
That's uh... That's exactly what happens dude. It's possibly even worse on CoD because of the voice comms and people harassing you to "1v1 me" by spamming you with invites and shit.
i'd like to know where you find these survivors who can't seem to see your shimmer when you're cloaked. i feel like i always have to moonwalk around walls while i uncloak to catch people off guard.
Great comeback on the 2nd game! Games where things aren’t going in my favor, but I managed to turn it around in the end are personal favorites. You go from stressed to feeling joy!
*devs snorting the 8th line of coke* -"A perk that lets yo know what gen survivors are on only if you hit them twice and they do a skill check" -"Ok and for survivors?" -"buff prove thy self" -"wha..." -"DID I FUCKING STUTTER"
This video pleases me. I really love wraith and i like how i could challenge myself playing him with so many different builds. Watching you play him has also helped me with some mind games around some tiles. Keep it up otz
14:32 Choosing to go after Laure shouldve been a mistake. Out of the 3, only she had sprint burst. Good thing she messed up her one job AND wasted the god pallet
The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, start.
To punish face campers I think the developers should create an animation of the entity hitting the killer with one of its claws, stunning him, and this would be triggered when the killer facecamps for 10 seconds and would have also the penalty of not being able to use his power for 15 seconds
It makes me mad to know that during the 3rd week i played the game i actually didnt get discordance off of the shrine. Few months have passed by and that's my biggest regret about dbd
Replace gearhead with surge, or DMS (Dead Man's Switch), that is if that's the one that blocks the gen when they get off, and it'd combo really well. Also the add-on to show the progress of generators is overkill. Replace with a clapper and speed, the two help you control gens really well. Double speed wouldn't be too bad here.
7:20 Yeah it's a lot easier to tunnel if you give the killer free hugs. As a killer main this happens to me WAY too often, and i'm the type of dude to avoid doing dumb sh*t like that because I like to PLAY the game instead of ruining it.
Same thing happened to me. Within the first minutes of the match, Bill gets sacrificed. He was the first survivor I found, downed him, and hooked. Everytime he would get unhooked he would run towards me away from his teammates.
I think they should change it to where when a killer is in a certain range of a hooked survivor there health does not go down on the hook unless that killer is in a chase with another survivor but thats just my opinion.
Pls do a ghost sniper deadslinger build, with insidious and that add on that allows you to one shot when you hit 15+ meters You can choose the other perks (better with ones that fit insidious)
gearheads value was completely negated by discordance and thrilling tremors. its really not worth the slot in any build. I was forced into it on deathslinger recently while trying to make a build. uggh second killer in a row with completely garbage perks. Cheers to you for trying to make it worth anything!
Got my first angry message from DBD when a SWF swarmed the hook right after I hooked their friend. Apparently I'm a camping piece of garbage because I didn't let them unhook and heal in my face
Lol the guy yelling at Otz in post game was the same Nea who got smacked down while Otz was carrying another survivor, fucking hilarious it's always the worst people in the game who send messages like that
Oi! Você falou que se for escrito, você entende o português brasileiro, então queria dizer que sou um brasileiro que adora assistir seus vídeos :) obrigado pelo conteúdo de qualidade
Now, Otz may or may not be camping tunneling noob, but he isn't the same survivor who got downed by a killer carrying a survivor while not running Agitation
If there was a way to penalize movement speed and/or attack recovery time based on proximity to the survivor, it could curb it. Maybe if it scaled? Like, the penalty is worse in the beginning, and downgrades with each finished gen. Cause, sometimes, you gotta get that one kill at the end to black pip.
I like this idea. The problem is survivots would abuse the shit out of it. Camping occasionally the smart play when survivors are overly altruistic. If i see 3 people standing there when i hook someone im defending that hook for a moment while i injure everyone. I shouldnt be penalized for there mistakes.
Hey, youre such a good killer in DBD but I would really like to hear your opinion about the game Identity V. Its almost like DBD a 4vs1 assymetrical Horror game but in my opinion its pretty survivor sided (when you play it youll have to ingnore the practice-Bot-Matches please). It would be awesome if you could make a Video about that. Enjoy your vids, pls continue
What do you guys think about pausing the hook timer for the killer being in proximity to a hooked survivor? Not much but it could deter it more since other players will have more time to do gens and just finish the game
or you could just stay away from the hook? you being near the hook is wasting valuable time for the hooked survivor. back off, hide, then go for the rescue if the killer goes away. the ball is in your court to make the rescue safe, and if he's camping the ball is in your court to genrush as hard as humanly possible
@@THECREATOR49Steam well yea, I'm not condoning camping at all, just saying a harsher punishment might discourage it more. My brothers and I just played against some face campers the other day and most of us would get away but it's just annoying to deal with as a survivor
The "camping is too strong" comment is situational at best. Against good survivors, camping nets you 1 kill. Two tops. The others will rush the generators and leave. This combination guarantees you depip, even on two kills. Even if you somehow 4k (which only happens when the survivors are literally brainless and try to rush for the save) you'll black pip at best, a tie. Camping is only useful when you need one person dead for sure, i.e against keys, assholes, or in the EGC when 3 or 4 people are still alive.
I am of the mindset that every strategy is valid however annoying it may be, and also every strategy has a counter-strategy. Throwing shit because you got counter-strated is a douche bag thing to do.
I hate that otz teaches us all these awesome tricks and skills. But when I run them in a game the survivors actually outplay me, not because they are good, but because they don't know how to play.
