Encrypting data before transmission ensures its confidentiality, safeguarding it from unauthorized access. Question eight focuses on converting numbers. We utilize the exadecimal system to represent binary numbers, making it easier for humans to read and enter. Now, let's dive into question nine. Performing logical shifts on binary integers, like a right shift by four places, divides a positive integer by 16, aiding in data manipulation. Finally, wrapping up, understanding these concepts enhances our learning journey in technology.
