Zone Offroad Heavy-Duty Upper Control Arm Kits. The new upper control arms provided in these kits are direct replacements for the factory arms. Made from fully weld 1/8" steel plate construction as well as CNC machined ball joint and bushing mounts, these arms dwarf the factory components.
In addition to overall strength of construction, these new arms trump the factory components by providing more range of motion. This feature benefits multiple suspension setups from simple leveling kits to full replacement steering knuckle-style suspension systems. The arms utilize high quality Raybestos brand ball joints that can handle heavy duty use and work in conjunction with OE-style rubber mount bushings to provide a quiet ride. The ball joints are greaseable and easily replaced with readily available parts at the end of their service lift. Proper brake line attachment points are included on the arms where needed for a factory-like fit.

I just picked up the cognito upper control arms, keys, shocks and tie rods....came across your videos in addition to the FASS pump vids I watched a while back. I appreciate that you still use average tools to make these videos. Makes these jobs seem much more approachable for the average viewer. Great job, keep up the good work. Very nice unit. Going to get a set for my tundra. Stock ucas with 7 inch lift and my alignment is nowhere near what it needs to be. These should be awesome and the price is very good aswell.

You can use a square or plumbob for camber pretty easy to get it close. Your methosd might work well also depending on how much extra camber and caster it gives. Now just wire bush that rust and paint. Looks good.

Really great video man. Would these work on a non lifted truck? I don't see anything regarding this on their online listing for these control arms. I've got an 06 3500 and want to beef up my front end and want Heavier control arms on it, but my truck isn't lifted, just slightly larger tires with stock wheels.

Dude.... just bought a 2000 sierra, previous owner did not take good care of it man. My passenger side upper control arm bolt snapped while I was driving. Luckily no cars where behind me and wasnt on the highway. Those arms are made dam good. I ordered a kit online to replace all the suspension parts. But now I want those! Truck has a lift and does need some work.

Truck Master I appreciate it that man. I never owned a lifted truck before just basic stock ones. So all the lifting kits are new to me. Doing my research on whats needed. And from the looks of it alots needed to make my suspension right and safe. Cv shafts are badly angled and sway bar as well. I need to get a diff drop bracket and longer knuckles. To much to list. I just recently changed the upper control arms, used zone too. did u push the control.arms down or level as u tighten up the cam bolts? I did mark the cam bolts. but it's all over the.road.

Hi love your videos and thanks for serve are country I have a 07 Sierra 2500hd Duramax with allison Recently installed Zone off road control arms But when I take it to alignment the shop said that the caster are botton out so far I got the wobble When I go over a bump I wonder if you have any suggestions please

Buy a set of camber and caster bolts from a dodge 2006 Cummins this will fix your problem

Did it give your truck more lift in the front I ask because I have a zone 6" lift on my dmax with a 5" block in the rear and I'm trying to figure out how to lift the front without killing my cv's and also not having to put a 4" block .so i can fit 37's in the future

I thought it was for the 4 in lift. Key deals. I bought a rc 6 inch lift. Almost went with a zone lift. Next truck will have a bds kit.

Truck Master, keep an eye on the cv boots. If you keep tearing the boots it means your cv angles are excessive, meaning either the differential drop is not enough or the torsion bars are cranked up too much. Cheap fix is to buy halfshafts with lifetime warranty and just realize you will have to replace them regularly. They do sell extreme angle halfshafts, but they are extremely expensive. Not worth the money imo.

Yes, they will work on a leveling kit and will help a lot with the harsh ride caused by the OE arms hitting the droop limiters

Your whole setup looks lower than mine where the cam bolts are.. mine are up higher on the frame and I can’t get anything in there worth of shit to hammer them out!!! 🤬

Those are good but I went with the cognito arms since they have a bolt-in upper joint. These truck eat ball joints and front wheel bearings all the time. But by having a pressed in joint after so many times you either press them in to replace or just from wear sometimes the material around the joint wears out. I've seen people tac welding joints in also since there is some play. On to moog joints, I'm changing my first one that lasted a year so far. Spicer/raybestos are the better quality imo. Good luck.

Truck Master definitely. I looked at these zone arms also but was unsure if it would correct my camber. I was maxed out on the adjusters. I only have green keys installed and 1.5" blocks in rear to lift my truck where I wanted it. Keep coming with the videos enjoy seeing new stuff up. 👍🏼

Umm did I miss the part where/how you replaced lower control arm? You need to change title to just upper control arm replacement and not arms... Just saying cause then I wouldn't have waisted 13mins on something I've already done long time ago
